Adapter for 1/8" BSPP to M10x1

The CS4 should be here today. Wish I'd have thought of this before this morning. I've searched several threads and different terms. I see the issue being discussed but, didn't see a specific part recommendation. After purchasing, GX sent me a note and mentioned that the hose end was M10x1 female. I looked up the FX quick coupler (female foster) and see it's 1/8" BSPP male. Having trouble finding a stainless adapter for HPA. As others have mentioned, I don't think I trust brass for HPA.

So, which adapter do you guys recommend for going from the M10x1 male to 1/8" BSPP female?

Thank you in advance. Sorry if I somehow missed it in one of the threads. My eyes glossed over after a lot of searching.

Would any of these work?

Yeah, that's the one, it's plated brass. I couldn't find the stainless one...

Pretty sure the cs4 has a female qd on the end of the hose. If you want an extended one it's probably cheaper and better to just get the correct thread extended quick disconnect.

The CS4 literally just arrived. I'll try the supplied QD first. Was just trying to plan ahead as I've read a lot of people having problems with supplied QD's not fitting the foster fitting well. Figured I'd eliminate a potential issue by just using the FX QD.

View attachment 406587Just received this M10•1 X SS FM QD, from” Air Tanks Plus”/Top-Gun Airgun. Joe Brancato has a good selection of HPA fittings.
Thank you! Good to know. I just did a test fit of the GX fitting and it seems to fit well and lock on with minimal effort. Though, it is a short collar.

Now I just need to flush the CS4 and decide on distilled water or anti-freeze blend...

Is it going to be exposed to below freezing temperatures? If not your best bet is distilled water and a water wetter. I know redline water wetter has anti corrosion additives and it will cool much better than anti freeze. I've used it in all of my water cooled motor cycles and they've all ran cooler.

Good idea for water wetter. Trying to decide if it will be stored in the house or the garage. Wife will likely win this one. So, I may need to a go with anti-freeze. The local parts guys don't seem to know if any of their anti-freeze is ph neutral. So, this should be fun!
