N/A New hw95L option?

My new gun just came in - HW95N (Walnut). The pictures don't look exactly as it looks in person (gun is darker shade of brown than pictures). I am very happy with the stock. I love old school oil finish stocks (I never liked the gloss ones). It may be too soon to say for sure, but I really like the iron sights. The European stock shape is not my favorite shape, but I do like it and it is a European gun so it belongs on the gun IMO (just like things on a BMW belong on it).

I probably would have been happy with the beech but the place I bought it from did not have any inventory with the iron sights.
I think that walnut HW95 is fantastic.

I do think if you Then strip the " fancy" factory finish off and put some on something that really complements the walnut wood I'll bet it would bring out even more beauty ..

Probly just slapped on the same bulk factory vat shellac used on the beechwood stocks ..lol..

Also relooking at your picture I noticed on the box the guns on hw has no mini- vans ?

I have no idea about the no mini-van (already put the box in the recycle bin so I will have to look at it again). I did not even notice until you pointed it out. The actual finish on my gun looks a lot better in person (even a different, darker richer shade of brown without the reddish tint). I would not change it. I suppose if someone sanded it off to put stain on it that may look better to some folks, but the actual satin oil finish looks good IMO. I hate gloss finishes on guns.

This may be the wrong thread for this, but what brand and kind of .177 pellets should I get for the gun and where is the best place to buy them? I need some for my Benjamin Marauder that I have never shot as well (.25 cal on that gun).
I use crosman premier hollow points pretty much 99.794% of the time .. cheap, easy to get, everyday Walmart .

Even the "teardrop" add on cheek riser looks better then the sharp angled stock cut of a luxus ..lol ( opinion)

Looks nice .. here's my beech when new

Hmmm...
Yeah, the Beech looks like artificial Walnut and if you were significantly ding or scratch ....... you're pretty much screwed in trying to fix it.
The Beech fix is a long and maybe unproductive challenge.

Minelli likely gave the Walnut version a very quick coat of lacquer - IMO that stock could be made to look much better:).
