Tuning "O rings and more" has some problem!

I mailed priority mail two packages yesterday.. I'm in Oregon and one went to California won't get there until mid next week and one to north Carolina and it's supposed to get there tomorrow.. I can't believe it.. and with our postal service I doubt it will get clear across the country in two days and California in 4-5..
I'd assume that the place you ordered from is closed for Christmas.. everyone needs a break.. don't count on the postal service to get it on time.. but likely quicker than if shipped regular mail.. id assume that next week you will get the tracking number and hopefully you will already have the package..
it's hard to wait sometimes for things, at least for me if I have something apart in the shop I just want it done so I can get on to something else..

The problem is that a friend is in a hotel in Chicago and I have given his hotel address for delivery.

He will on 26 December.

Now if parcel reaches after 26th December then no use of it.

I just don't know that if I want to cancel the order in this scenario, how can I do it.

Just stuck up what to do.

wow that's a predicament.. I don't know what to tell you, could already be shipped.. who's knows.. especially if you can't contact the company..
this time of year you basically can't count on shipping time.. especially since normal time of year is a day either early or late.. or lost..

Absolutely weird, their communication with me has been beyond belief, over and beyond excellent.

You are right but as I am from another country and my friend is in Chicago so I opted for delivery at my friend's stay place i. e. a hotel.

Had Orings and more mentioned that these days they would remain closed, I wouldn't have placed the order.

No one will be there if the parcel reaches later.

So I have no other option but to request Orings and more to cancel the order.

true but if you read up farther he was having it shipped to a temporary address.. so it's not going to work.. unfortunately he was not able to talk to the company and hopefully they don't ship until after the holidays and then hopefully it will work out for everyone.. kind of like a accident, no one's fault..

I would tell you cancel the order asap. If they ship it already they will let you know...when? somewhere next week a first work day and that could be 27th or 28th as a best.

You shall not place an order in very last minute before big holidays in christian/jewish world.
Many people - and many companies - mailing out gifts...the post man is busy... also the winter is just about to hit and believe me it can get messy here.

Well, unless you bought thousands and thousands of Orings the cost is probably pretty low, so if the deal falls through completely it probably won't be too bad. It's amazing how many Orings you can purchase from them for little money.
It's always a gamble this time of year ordering online. Probably a lot of members still waiting on Christmas gifts to miraculously show up before the big day. Good luck though..
