He a black gentlemen that had a lot of rifles FX guns .. Daystate Redwolf....ect....he posted great videos just wondering if anyone had any idea. I know he had stroke his health was bad but thought he was getting better??? Thanks....

Also a few years ago, that gentleman who sounded sort of Greek, was very jovial & funny making videos on Shooting stuff he found taking note of reactions, explosions etc ... he was Very very entertaining !!!

Think you're referring to "Southern Gunner". Always enjoyed his videos & sharing of helpful info. Remember him helping out a Vet with medical problems by gifting him a PCP setup! Know he had a stroke or two & then kinda vanished from the scene. There were a few times his knowledge got me through some problems I had at the time.

I've also watched his videos with interest. He seemed to care what he was doing, not just spouting stuff off of a piece of paper.

SG was great. ( if that's who we're talking about ) Yes - he did have a stroke, recovered from that reasonably well but then he just sort of lost interest in airguns. He had a TON of 'em and apparently sold off 90% or more of them. Apparently he LOVES fishing and that is what he does now-a-days.

I went looking for them too -- looks like they're all gone. Bummer. He had some good stuff on there too - he didn't hold any punches - if he liked something he'd say so. If he didn't - he'd also say so. He had a sense of humor too and would occasionally channel "Hoss Cartwright" ( old tv show Bonanza ) doing his imitation of Hoss' voice.

Don't forget singing Garth Brooks country music. I like Kenny (Southern Gunner) but he has some odd ways/beliefs. I hope he's spending his days taking it easy, fishing with his sons and enjoying life.I went looking for them too -- looks like they're all gone. Bummer. SG it seem to me grew weary of airguns and picked up the old hobby of fishing.
He was indeed a strait shooter, and i like that in PPL as i have a ultra tuned BS filter that go off very easy, though online it do seem to have a more relaxed tune.
IRL though, OMG that sucker is like a airraid siren in my mind all the time.

Yeah he was a great reviewer told it like was no BS. Real world facts. Nothing wrong with fishing as my whole family was into commercial fishing but not no more. Fishing for fun haven't done that since 2014 since my dad passed away. Plus with DNR here in SC you can have all the licenses all the correct paperwork they will make a law out of thin air to give you a ticket.
