Holy moly I have one of those. Best trigger of any gun I own. No felt recoil. Yeah it’s accurate.
When I hand it to people to shoot they are just amazed.
Load it, point it, it goes off and a hole magically appears in the center of the bulls eye.
The shooter usually says “what just happened?”
Then they grin and ask to shoot it again. Then they usually ask if they can buy it!

It is posted at an optimistic price for how it sits. Count on another 150 for the correct rear sight, time and or money to reblue the sleeve, and hope that the 'rebuild' is right and tight.

If it is a case of 'just gotta have a Giss rifle', and one could give a hoot less about 'correctness', you do see fewer and fewer of them offered up........

The price is pretty high on it with the above mentioned issues....also some of those 60's had barrel lock up problems as they used just the simple ball bearing from the models 27 and 35.the issues represent themselves in the form of vertical pellet stringing.not all of them have issues, but it's something to watch out for on this model in particular. I would honestly buy a model 65 instead...they have a lever type barrel latch to solve this issue.i do not have a 60 in my collection, but I do want one just to complete my collection of every giss rifle model made....there was a pretty nice looking 65 on the green colored auction sight that I'm sure needs a rebuild, was shocked it didn't sell for $275...but I am sure it's re listed.

I think mine has the correct eyepiece I’ll post pics in a few days.
