So today I took my Gamo swarm fusion gen2 .22. Lately the gun seemed to have been acting up but I thought no couldn't be, must just be me. When I first got it everything was good. But over time started to notice some discrepancy. I'm not the best shot but I'm definitely not as bad as what was being put on the paper the last 2 weeks...6 inch groupings at 25 yards? Then would go back to inch or smaller groupings all of sudden. I'd adjust my scope in and it'd be on point perfect for a bit. Then be all over the place and then it would settle into a decent grouping again in a slightly different area and id zero in the scope again on the impact zone and this process would repeat(driving me to question my santity). Sometimes it even sounded like I would get a dud, like nothing would hit the target at all and im positive it was loaded and not a dry fire. Other times the pellet would land a foot infront of the target after it seemed to be zeroed just a few shots before. Now im not the best shot in the world but im not this bad, something was wrong....I just couldnt tell what...I checked the barrel to make sure it was free of obstruction and it was. But the "supressor" at the end started to rattle....then all of a sudden this happend. (Pictures). It still shoots down range but it's all over the place. What would you do now? I love the gen 2. Because of the iron sights I have never liked the gen3. Im very saddend by this....im afraid repair would cost more than a new gun? But they don't make iron sight 10x anymore. I'm just beyond belief right now as to what could cause this??
