GX CS4 - how big is the hole for the rubber gasket in the grease pot?

I've got about 40 hours or so on my CS-4, but recently I noticed it's sounding a little different. I checked the grease pot and after cleaning it out I can't really see a hole in the rubber gasket. There's a slight indent in the center when the hole should be. Is this hole supposed to be visible to the naked eye, or is it a tiny little pin hole that closes up unless it's under pressure.

Looking at this guy's he says a small hole in it .. bit it must be small cause expanding the picture of it I still can't see the hole ..lol

Anyway I'd have to guess a small straight pin / safety pin worth pushed through max....

It's a little hard to see from those pictures, but it does look pretty small. BTW I've added a pic of my gasket to the OP.

I don't want to poke anything through it just yet due to a possible warranty claim. I.E. my compressor will soon be junk if it hasn't gotten any grease in 40 hours of operation!

I don't know , bit this grease thing with gx is something they really need to clear up and give good maintenance instructions . So many ask or in the dark on this ..
Language barrier, US distributor not the manufacturer, probably different metrics used in CN(NLGI?) and low cost per unit... I'm not holding my breath. Some things we may have to figure out with group think(forums) and trial & error.
