I thought the Saturn model (first link) looked remarkably similar. Description states black polymer stock material as yours appears it may have. Rear sight differs, looks like peep sight added to yours. Since rifle lacks obvious propellant reservoir (tube,tank,etc.) and has a magazine it likely takes precharged pneumatic cartridges, not many options made like this.

Are you sure it's a pellet gun? Looks really similar to a cheap air soft rifle I remember from back in the day
