Hunting situations can vary a lot....

If you're talking long shots on not moving critters, the 6-24x50 in the link I'm sending is amazing.

(There are better choices for fast moving critters in close quarters situations).

These were $5-600 scopes until very recently.

Good thing that you mentioned that. Mostly will be used for dove hunting . So shots could vary from 20-30yds to very far. I’ll dig around and hopefully i can find one used

Love the vet 2’s. I plan on getting one and putting a prismatic on it, but I don’t shoot past 100, and i pest mostly, so as long as it’s minute of squirrel, I’m ok with it
you won’t regret it. Once you fill it with air it gets heavy but you get used to it. It’s my first pcp and went all in and akthough i have not used jt much and haven’t sighted it in, im in love with it and it hits hard

Im trying the Vector Orion Pro max 3-18x50. I paid 172.00 plus tax. I have never owned a Vector so I expect to be disappointed. I have Optics that cost much much more. I figured it is worth a try. Just to find out. I do like the floating dot reticle. For night time use , you do not want the entire reticle lighting up.
10 yard Parallax. I do not know why the numbers on the hashes look like Chinese writing. On the web page you can see the numbers clearly. But I'm new here and do not know the policy of posting links to other sites.
