"T-Shirt" Launchers; anybody have any experience?

Does anybody have any experience with T-shirt launchers? I see a few off the shelf ones online from a few hundred to several thousand. I haven't found any discussion online regarding which ones are worth the money, or how they compare with each other.

What are the best ones? Is it better to build your own somehow?

I'd like a PCP-powered one with some oomph. I want to be able to throw my dog's balls into orbit.

Much higher pressure and much higher dwell. The air puff from a typical paintball gun is relatively gentle and probably couldn't even move something the weight of a T-shirt.

Simple valve tweaking and you can get it done. Did something similar back in college. If you look at what some of the commercial versions were back in the day, that's all they were.


Though you could make a cannon and use a sprinkler valve to dump all the air.

Bait cannons i did not know.
We have for years been doing surf casting, but also using same gear fishing with floats and dead / live bait far further out than you can throw.

But we have then used big RC boats to pull the bait / lines out, and bu out i mean so far that you have a hard time seeing the 3-4 foot big boat even with bright navigational lights on.

My vote though would also be on a potato / spud gun / cannon

The Chuck It dog ball launcher is all you need. With the 25in pro i can send a ball 80-100yds.
