Looking for Maglite flashlight parts...

I found an old maglite (2 d batteries) that had the batteries stuck in it. After drilling them out I found they leaked the acid and ruined the switch assembly. Hoping it's ok to place this ad here. Anyone have one for parts? Hoping to find a cheap one because the assembly new is over $40.

Same problem with all my D-cell mag lites. Called company, no help, my fault for leaving batteries in they said. So Amazon flashlight with rechargeable usb battery and led and have never looked back. You will thank me,

I had a 4 D cell maglite with same issue but it had Duracell or Energizer batteries in it and apparently they had some contract that if used with those brand batteries they covered it. So they sent me a new light. Since all the advancements it just sits now ununsed these days. I should probably remove the batteries lol.
Theres still a small group of people who love and use the maglites. Has to be parts floating around, even if from Aliexpress. Find some flashlight forums, probably have better luck.

I have a 4D size and replaced the bulb with an led one . Super bright and uses little battery juice .
You might look in Garage sales i see then there for little money .
