Krale Air Shipping

I don't know why Krale doesn't collect it but they don't.

Probably because it's not their cross to bear, would slow their unbelievably fast delivery to the U.S., and ball up their works. Possibly enough that we'd lose that immensely VALUABLE resource.

I've had items ordered from Krale show up on my doorstep (in Texas) TWO DAYS after ordering. The last thing I'd wish on Krale and us is Krale falling into the black-hole of U.S. federal bureaucracy.

This duty is good to know. I had a gun in cart to see final price with shipping. Thought that was all.
I have payed duty to DHL twice on goods over $2000. These were quality telescopes from Japan. Lesser
than $2000 was duty free.
It also depends on what the item is , optical stuff is coded and minimal duty is different than say bicycles
or another code and minimum on Airguns.

Hopefully they arrange the return label themselves since this was on them, but everything else sounds like they're very good to deal with even with issue or mistakes, thanks again!
Agreed, now that I think about it. Required warranty work falls back on AGT, shipping wrong item falls on Krale, they need to make it right. WM

First of all here in Denmark the shipping company would take their 23 USD handling fee, so often so to say you are charged 2 X for shipping.
It is not like the shipping company are handling the customs part on behalf of the gooberment, og no that is a whole other weeks long thing most often, and in this as we say the one hand have no clue what the other hand is doing.

Then as a Dane you are slapped with the 25 % sales tax,,,,,,, and then come customs which on its own are most often not bad

So the nice thing you have gotten in the US, well if things go right you get to pay 25 - 30 % extra for that thing

The minimum value here is not even 10 % of what it is in the US, so something still fairly cheap but just over, and BAM you are paying over 2 X the price due to the handling fee.

800 USD,,,,,,, OMG i would kill for something like that.

PS: Other times, due to the omnipresent incompetence in all government branches, things sail right thru customs, even big substantial things.
Like i have gotten for 0 extra cost a HUGE not cheap PTZ CCTV camera, that i am sure would have earned various companies and public branches 100 - 200 USD to fight over among them self.

When things like that happen,,,,,, funny enough i do not feel lucky, it more like feed my wrath.

Yup, I'm hoping nothing falls on me to take care of but we'll see. It's a beautiful gun though, sad I can't mess with it, it came empty and I don't want to fill it with air and test it. Given the 6hr time difference I hope I get an email response from them by the time I get up.

Agreed, time difference complicates things but have patience, they'll make it right. WM

Benjamin and Black Bunker are only air rifle brands listed under letter "B," in US customer web page for Krale. WM
Krale web page for "Rest of World" customers (upper right page corner/drop down list) shows Brocock, one for US customers doesn't. That you purchased Brocock, with no Import Duty fee to New York, is something to note. FX sales to US from Krale are prohibited, be interesting if we could get them same way. WM
