FX Fx impact m4

What do you think about the .30 cal i know the pellets and slugs are alot higher. What about the compact m4 ?
Well, that's a whole new BEAST! I had a .25 AF sold it but I would bypass .25 and get a .30 if I were to get a larger caliber 👍 but that's just me. I would still get a 700mm for the easier power (easier on the internals) and uses less air.

The minute you mentioned 150-200 yard optimism and then the second you mentioned .25 and now .30, no compacts. Don’t cripple yourself out the gate with a little gun with big gun dreams.

Im sure you can hunt squirrels coons coyote crows. I have a big bore for big game
So you want to hunt coons, coyote and squirrels out to 200? Skip the compact and go at least 600mm. Everything the 500mm will shoot accurately the 600mm will do it just as accurate but faster in most cases. And much more easily in all cases.

Sorry for the confusion. I'm not won'ting to hunt out to 200 just shoot and play around at that distance.

I’ve owned five Impacts over the last bunch of years. Three 600mm and two 500mm. Shot all of them in all calibers except .357 and .177. The compacts are my favorite in .25 and .22. Hated .30. But they are severely limited speed wise. Oh, they will send stuff as fast as you want, but they aren’t accurate. Where they are very accurate is at slower speeds than my 600mm guns. The greatest Compact is the .22. But my slug speed is slower than the same slug out of a 600mm in order to match the same accuracy.

I would really think about what I was doing with an air gun before I bought a 30. I have one and love it in the right application. Around the house or close quarters it would not be my choice. They develop a lot of power. Far more than what I would want for around the house.
I like my 25 cal guns a lot. I have an M3 22 witha 600mm barrel that I shoot slugs out of. Due to the shorter barrel I keep the slugs on the light side, 27.5 gr.
My 25 pellet shooter is great for small game. I can shoot 25.39 out of my 22 pellet shooter but for some reason the critters hit with 25 seem harder hilt and more dead (just kidding). I do prefer the 25 for small game when using pellets.
My 25 slug gun shoots 33 gr pellets with far less effort than my 22 M3 can. Cannot put a logical finger on it but I prefer the 25 for almost everything.
