On, Canada
I got a tag at the mail box. Things instantly turned into a F1 race and I’m in my side by side with about a mile of iced road. Jumped into car and 3 miles of icey roads then good highway. I flew.
Last week I saw this rifle on Gun Post and couldn’t jump any faster. A FWB 127 sport .22 cal. Arrived today. Gave me the gun case and this is it.

I put a few lead through it. Jacks like a dream.

Just got off horn with the guy I bought it from. He tells me it‘s owner shot iguana’s with it in Mexico then moved to British Columbia.

Sat in a safe for years. My buddy got it from his estate.

It’s been looked after.

I’m liking it already.

Love the sights that come with it. Also has slings for a strap.

Plan on spending some time with this baby. Such a shame these guys don’t make springers any more. Crow
Love to see your 127’s.

Check the piston seal immediately, they are notorious for crumbling!!!
I second that. Had to seal on my original 124 do that twice, once at about the ten year mark, I had rebuilt by Beeman and that seal lasted a little over 30 years, I doubt if I will be around long to see if that one lasts that long

Another gold card find, she's nice, real nice.👌🏻
I carry a bugout too, but a custom mini.
Thanks. Almost forgot the knife there. Crow
Nice score Crow!
Thanks

Thanks ever so much. I looked on u-tube for disassembly. Hoping to jump on tonight but I have 4/4 taxes to prepare, dark time. Tomorrow. Crow
Congrats on that find.
There was a run of FWB12X guns, like yours, that have lower case "Made in Germany" instead of "MADE IN GERMANY". They fall between serial numbers 8000 - 09600.
Just a little useless information unless your a Sportophile. LOL
Thanks. That’s really cool to know.
I found it odd to be .22 cal.Crow
Fantastice score. I have never seen one of those but have two of the 124's. All you need now is a receiver sight for it. That makes them into one of the handiest, nicest shooting rifles I know of. Best balance, weight and handling of any springer I have, plus the easiest cocking.
Thanks. Really don’t know much about it other than the few times I did shoot it. It was sweet.
I have a few older sights that may work. M
Agreed. All my FWB’s are the smoothes, easily. Crow
CONGRATULATIONS! And you definitely FLEW thru tough conditions to receive it! Beautiful and great pics! Enjoy shooting that beauty! Glad you landed safely...😂👍
Thanks. My mail sucks. Your looking almost an hour of highway driving to pick up at post office.
I’m going to rebuild first. Then I’ll try and burn it out.
This car doesn’t fly, my last one did. Crow

Ya thanks. No more shooting until checked out. Crow
Are you happy today or what?
Got a “perme” on right now. And since I knifed the box open. Crow

Congratulations Crow!
Nice work locating and getting that guy home.
It is a beautiful addition to the crew.
👍
Thanks. Great shooter. I’m taking the above members advice and taking it apart before I shoot it again. Still have the stubborn 50 to finish first, hopefully today. Crow

Very nice find Crow!!! JM makes a great kit for those. Personally, I'm not fond of the plastic rear site. I prefer a rear site plate and a peep. Looks 100% better IMO.

My favorite FWB 127D on the right. Both are factory walnut stocks.

Livin' the dream, brother!
Thanks, 1 spin around the dial. Crow

Thanks. You are an absolute magnet for gorgeous rifles. Thanks for sharing.
‘And the sights, if I can find a better sight I’m in. I don’t have any old parts, not in long enough.
Mine has a plastic butt. A hassle for me I have porcelain floors. Thanks for reminder on the JM set I had one in my cart at Chambers. Can’t wait to shoot this gun. Crow
