Need Advice on Which Airgun to Keep

Your 56? then shoot have all the guns you want lol tell her to deal with it
yes I am fairly certain you are at least a adult now.. and apparently you worked hard enough to pay for your wonderful collection..
it's truly a big wonderful one.. and you should be able to enjoy what you worked for..
I'm really hoping for you that a nice peaceful talk with her and she can understand that is what you enjoy.. just like there's things that I'm sure she enjoys..
you didn't mention not being able to afford to keep a roof over your head, and with that collection you sound pretty well off.. she should be happy for you and happy you have something you enjoy.
actually there's a lot worse things that people enjoy..
I wish you peace and happiness and hopefully a happy marriage..if not get a blue dog 🐕 or two along with the new rifle..
I really do hope you can get to a peaceful understanding with the Miss's.. it's truly nice to have someone..
you have a whole gun cabinet of ones that some of us never see, only in our dreams.

@Chefman, a good woman is very, very hard to find… So simply get rid of all those PCPs that you don’t use much and go have fun with your girl… 😈And then after your settled down? Start buying PCPs again…With her permission, of course…🤓
We all assumed it wasn’t a good woman. 😜
I would 100% sell all my guns if it was them or my wife, but I would have serious questions. She has always been supportive of all my hobbies and vice versa. We are by no means rich and I just buy budget guns. I have discovered that I like to tinker just as much as shoot anyway. I think I would probably be sad if I bought a top tier gun and there was nothing I could “improve” 🫢

Just rethought it. I am rich. I have everything I need and a lot of things I don’t. 🤗

It's one thing to tell you to sell all but one gun if you're in serious debt or if you're going to be living on a sailboat or something, but if you can afford them and you've got the space and the time then why exactly does she want you to sell them? There are good reasons why your wife/fiancee might tell you to sell your airguns, but I haven't heard any.

I'd have to judge the motivation for the "advice" in order to decide if it was sound "advice". Assuming the advisor is also your intended, I'd want to know what HER reasoning is: is this about sacrifice to reach a goal, into which you will both put items dear to you on the altar? Or is this just (as many here assume) a way to see how much control she has over you? If the former, no questions... For love and family, they should go on the block. If the latter, run!

Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well! I'm seeking your guidance on which airgun to keep from my airgun Arsenal. With my upcoming wedding, I've been advised to limit myself to just one gun. Here’s my current list:
  • Redwolf by Daystate - .22 caliber
  • FX Impact MK2 - .30 caliber
  • RAW Airgun - .25 caliber
  • LCS SK - .25 caliber
  • Delta Wolf (converted to Alpha Wolf) - .30 caliber
  • Kaligun Cricket - .230 caliber
  • Daystate Renegade - .25 caliber
  • FX Impact M3 - .30 caliber
  • FX Impact M4 - Ghost - .30 caliber
  • Red Panda - .30 caliber
  • Pantera by FX - .30 caliber
  • Edgun - .22 and .30 caliber barrels
  • Benjamin Marauder - .22 caliber
  • Two excellent springers
I'm considering purchasing the Black Wolf and letting go of all my other guns. Should I go for the Black Wolf, or is there a particular gun you think I should keep instead? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

Yup... Betty Lou and I established that from the onset. We both had been previously married and raised families and we both know how things can go bad. However, we are both set in certain ways. Fortunately both of our ways align pretty good. We except and respect when they don't. I don't try to change her and she don't try to change me. We talk and find common ground. We lived together as a unit for 10 years before we got married.
If I were to give advice it would be to never go to bed mad.. talk it out and settle it so the next day has a fresh start.

I agree God bless your wife. You made a good point. You know what we do eat well and there is a roof over our head and we don’t have any debt and to be honest with you. The only real reason I can imagine that you would not want me to have that many guns and you wanna limit me to one it’s for selfish reasons. This is why I posted on this site because I wanted to get some people that were lovers of Airguns like me and I am a lover of Airguns and she’s trying to take the love of my life.
Good observations, perhaps she doesn’t want to share her time time with you with your Airgun hobby. Age matters to some degree, as a younger bride would be much more needy and rightfully so As our priorities change somewhat as we age.
personally, i think all of us need to be somewhat more realistic and ask ourselves what we are actually using and enjoying vice just owning and maintaining
