Sorry .22 , 28 grn typo on 27More of a shameless bump to get more views from someone that might help, but what caliber are you shooting? I couldn't find 27 gr Zans. I'll admit I didn't look very hard, but I saw 26.5 and 28 gr in .25 and 28 gr in .22.
M4s are very adjustable and a little complicated. Someone else's tune might not work for your gun, but it would give you a place to start. Hopefully someone can at least give you a reg pressure to start from for a slug of about that weight.
Hi not sure on how to pm , new to this forum ,but got full power M4 600mm barrel 28 grn slugs in .22 , micro & macro upto max reg pressure at 100 , running 850 fps , is it up with reg pressure and turn down macro & micro ? Just need a ball park set so I can work from there , cheersI will open with the fact I am an FX junkie. They jsut work for me so what I am about to say is from an objective view.
Sharing tunes is a marketing ploy by FX. It doesn’t work well and they know it. Yet, we still hear it being uttered even from the dealers and FX themselves from time to time. It will get you close but far more often than not, you will not be getting the full benefit of the tuning system from your gun and that is a shame. You could have spent a considerably smaller amount of money and got a gun that shoots as good as an Impact without a very good tune.
That is just a fact.
There are lots of threads on the forum about tuning an Impact and most if read through will deliver a fairly comprehensive method for tuning the gun.
If you want PM me and I will share my method with you. I have posted it enough in the last month that I don’t want to sound like I am preaching to the forum.
Learning to tune and understanding what is going on inside your gun are crucial to fully enjoying your Impact and getting exactly what you want out of the gun.
best of luck to you

Hi , M4 only has one regulatorI would up the 2nd regulator pressure to around 145 bar for slugs. I find the Zan slugs perform better around 1000fps.
