Must probable is that your scope does not work or rings are loose.Hi, I have a Vulcan 3 cal.22 I have tried with Pellets 18.13, 25.39 JSB and knockout slugs 25.39 JSB and with none of these bullets was able to group my vulcan 3 , any opinions Why it does not group ?

Does air blow from the breech side? It could be your breach oring blew. Has it always been like this or just as of recently? Is your v3 a 500mm or a 700mm?Hi, I have a Vulcan 3 cal.22 I have tried with Pellets 18.13, 25.39 JSB and knockout slugs 25.39 JSB and with none of these bullets was able to group my vulcan 3 , any opinions Why it does not group ?

Do you have the Vulcan 3 .22? What is your experience with these slugs, are they better than, say, N&H .218 25gr slugs? And what distance?AVS slugs .219 diameter 32-33g
I had the 30 cal, my friend steve has the 22 version. While the 30 version has a standard barrel, the 22 version has a polygonal. Steve experimented with a lot of diameters, the 219 in the 31-34g range worked most consistent. We use only AVS slugs. they are virtually pure lead. Distance is 2 steps, first 50 yards and then 100 yards with 1 MOA being the goal.Do you have the Vulcan 3 .22? Thanks so much for your answer. However I see I cannot order them to be delivered to Europe, where I live. Thats really unfortunate. I am looking for a good long distance ~100yard slug for my Vulcan 3 .22I had the 30 cal, my friend steve has the 22 version. I was not aware of your location. my only suggestion is maybe either zan or alteros matching the diameter and grain weight. possibly JSB or javelin if they can match the diameter closely. Thanks so much for your answer. 90mtsAnd the distance that you are shooting is...........?
It probably won't group well at 300yrds !
My .22, groups well (under a quarter, shooting off hand, on a good day) just under 20 yrds. Using 18.13 JSB.
