N/A Thinking about a M4 shooting slugs for loner range varmints

I have a need to shoot longer distances to eliminate varmints. Range will be mostly 100 to 150 yds. I saw Dubber shooting 42 grain Zanelr slugs and thinking something similar.
Anyone shooting these distances and is a dedicated "slug" rig what I should pursue?
I just did this. I needed a long range pest punishing slug shooter. For long distance and/or windy conditions you definitely want a high BC and as much mass as you can comfortably push. I’d recommend 36g or heavier. Just depends on how hard you want to push your gun, and how much air you’re willing to use 👊🏻

Unless you're dead set on bullpup style rifle don't overlook the King 👑
It's pretty much designed right out of box to shoot slugs! And shoot them well.
The plenum over the barrel makes for a very stable platform and for me it's just way easier to get behind the scope comfortably. I'm amazed every time I get out and shoot it! Mine is 600mm .25.

I have a Wildcat that started out as a slug gun, and I’m in the process of turning it back into one. Initially was shooting 30gn at 940fps, this time I’ll likely shoot a bit heavier.

My farthest kill was 196yds on a crow, as well as other crows from 150-190yds. Groundhogs I don't shoot from as far if I can avoid it, but no issues shooting them out to ~165yds.

Didn't think of the King.. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks

I shoot a M4, 700, 22. Will be on the ground squirrels a week from now. I typically shoot out to 150 yards. I am currently using the H&N 33gr precision slugs or NSA 31.2 gr slugs. Velocity I go for is around 1020-1025fps.
I started with what I will call an M2,, then the M3, now the M4.
I did try a 25 cal impact but ultimately decided on the 22cal for what I do. With luck and squirrels I hope to shoot 250-500 shots in a day.
