Hatsan at44-10 long qe .177. Picked it up from PA just before new years. They had them listed for 350% off. I couldn't believe it. I have gamo varmint 177 but really wanted a pcp but couldn't afford to get one. That is until that promotion came out. The price with shipping came out to 138.00. Then a super kind member of AGN offered and then sent me a air venturi g7s hand pump for free just to get me started on my pcp good times. So what rifle is that?
I'm limited to about 50-60 yards. Most of my rodent kills are under 30. So it works out well for my circumstances. I have ambitions to get permission to shoot past my property line so that I can see what it can hit at 100yds. It is still very new and I'm just starting to get a feel for it so to speak. Installed a hatsan regulator couple of weeks ago. Then I discovered/was informed by some AGN members that without a chrono I was "trying to build a deck without a tape measure". So I got one and am currently working on getting it all to harmonize. Part of the problem is that I don't really know what kind of numbers I want. I originally installed the regulator with the thought that I could stretch out my shot count. @thammer explained to me that wasn't what regulators do. They make the inconsistent, consistent. Sometimes at the expense of shot count in some cases.Well that's great! Glad you're in the jumping down the rabbit hole of airguns. So you said yours is super accurate. What distances are you shooting?
