FX diff press gun and compressor?

Whats a wika?
Wika is the brand of gauge on the fx. They are very good gauges. If it’s just cosmetic on the glass it’s probably good. I would stick with that kind of gauge unless you want digital. Then I personally go with the sehkmet basic 25 mm (if I remember correctly) one. The one that just reads out pressure and not all the fancy statistics. They are awesome gauges as well.

I never trust auto stop on anything! As far as the gauges I don't trust the ones on the compressor. I fill tanks and, on the valves, I have gauges and on the tanks themselves I have them, plus I never fill my pcp from any compressor. If you can get yourself a bottle if your compressor will fill even a small bottle and pair it up with a good quality gauge and get it checked every now and then. They aren't cheap but safety is everything.

HPA is very dangerous! Professional compressors use high quality (read expensive) components. When I configured my Bauer compressor I bought a control switch from a scuba supply house in California and that switch was $175 ands I also bought an adjustable blow off valve from Australia that was $150. My pressure gauge was a 2.5" 400 bar glycerine damped gauge of comparable quality. You get what you pay for.

If you added up all the wear on every gun I have ever owned it would not add up to what I see in that small section of yours. I am glad to see someone using them as designed. I always keep my stuff new for the next guy.
Hunh! The smudging on the gauge is due to my fat fingers tryin to paint mark the gauge. Looks bad, works good. After a couple trys. I flew em, dint work on em so…i keep the gun in a warming “tent” in mybarn (from where I shoot the little buggers) so dust is insidious. Plus, im gettin old, arthritic wrists, elbows n shoulders so it gets a wee bump/scratch now n then..

on another note, i grew up shootin (upland and waterfowl shotguns mostly but some rifle), flew gunships long time ago and used to be pretty damn good shot. Consistency with these pellet guns/scopes is pretty weak at 60-70 yds. I seem to get alot of “wtf” shots on targets. A one inch group with several outside the circle is ”normal”. Some INCHES outside! Such a thing as cold barrel shots with these things? Tried all kinds od pellets. .25 cal wildcat with an Arken elp4(i think). Really frustrating. “I shoot better than this…honest”. Maddening. Scope, furniture et all are tight…. but i sure scare the s&$t out of em sometimes.😀
