I took a squirrel once with my stock Crosman 1720T at around 20yds. Don't remember what pellet any more so no idea what FPE but it did the job. I was afraid it wouldn't have enuf power for an ethical kill but a head shot did him in.

2 to 4 FPE at POI is plenty for most small critters… Airgunners in the UK kill lots of small game and pest with sub 12 FPE airguns. Here in the good old USA many consider 12 FPE as being low power. Uncountable critters would attest, if they could to the outsized power, of low power airgunning.5 foot pounds still gets it done
