Only disadvantage is not able to change calibers.
Best middle size hunting option: .30 Cal
Best all day long shooting: .22 Cal
Best all around: .25 Cal
Buying three rifles: imposible !!
Buying a .30 Cal and a .22 or .25 kit: We can discuss it.

Kind of disappointed the compact, 500mm, doesn't come with the handguard. I am assuming it would fit, but they don't want anyone's hands that close to the muzzle. Add a suppressor to the end though, and you would be good to go.

The biggest + with FX, the price of their barrels, i can buy 4-5 FX barrels for the same price of a LW barrel for my Two.
Granted if we talk a complete barrel system from FX, like the LW one is for my Two, then the price are not much different, but at least on their no pressurized air around barrel model, changing the straw is pretty damn fast to do.

Yeah huge boo boo in my opinion. He should know the product top to bottom and inside and out. I mean I know 10 seconds of stuff about this gun and knew what he was holding wasn’t the 500 mm. Lol.
Sweet looking gun and priced right for what it is. I won’t be able to swing one but hope to live vicariously through others experiences.

Yeah why not design the rail a hair shorter then they cab be used on all lengths. Quite the mistake IMO. You can't even rest the gun on anything or really hold it comfortably. Harmonics will likely be affected holding the barrel for offhand and resting it on anything will throw off POI.

Lol yeah I'm sure they'll have something. But then cost just goes up, might as well get the 600mm instead and deal with the added length.

If I was going to get one of these, I would be tempted to get a 500 and put the rail on it, along with a Donny FL FX mod. I would end up being about the same length as the 600.

. I agree I couldn’t live with that gun bare with no rail. Ruins it aesthetically. I’d also be really mad if I watched that video, called and ordered a compact and that thing showed up. Hope they correct it and make it clear or people look at the website first.Upvote 0
Yeah that's my thought too. However I just looked at then and pricing wise the 500mm isn't even adjusted for not having the rail. Seems kinda shady to do that.

Maybe after they have sat in inventory for long enough they will knock a little off the price...
I wonder: Is the ARCA rail on these the same as the Panthera? Would the Panthera Compact Hunter rail fit?

Spot on with my thoughts as well. Measly $50 less than the 600mm. Looks weird without a hand guard/rail. Then if you find one that fits might as well figure another $150+. Pretty Lame. Bet these guns are going to preformers though
