First time here, wishing it was under better circumstances. A friend of mine is trying to get me into airguns, & he showed me AEA's "Harpoon." Has a bunch of fun with it, & figured I'd get one of my own. I like ordering from the source when possible, so I did...along with a hand pump. Well, the pump arrived within a week, & I got an email saying "order pending" (this was on 3/9/25). A week goes by with no change in status, & I sent them an email,.& Received no response.so I sent another one, & again, nothing. After sending two more over the course of another week without reply, I hopped back in their site. Under their "contact us" section, aside from having no place to submit a query, there was a phone number...I called it, & it's out of service. From everything I can tell, they're a reputable company, & I'm a very reasonable man, so id like to think this is an oversight of some kind, but the lack of contact is frustrating. So my questions are, 1- is this just par for the course with these guys, & ill have my gun in another week or two ? And 2- if not, does anyone happen to have knowledge as to another way to get in contact with them? I paid through PayPal, so I'll get my cash back regardless, but...id rather have the gun, & I don't mind waiting (I'd just like to be dealt with professionally).
Any help or suggestions would be most welcome & appreciated..thanks in advance.
