I hope we see more participation this month. If something is lacking in this contest, let me know and we'll make some changes. Good luck, shooters!!!

Hello once again, Shooters!! I got out to try both of these challenges on a windy a$s day. Here is a link to the video:

I scored 13 points on the paper target, so here is a picture of my final target:

I put the camera on an anemometer with a wind flag behind it so you can see the crazy wind we have today. They said on the news to expect gusts up to 35mph.

So, I plan to do another entry for the actual target challenge, but am still trying to figure out how to do it. Regardless, if you liked my little entry for the actual target challenge, please 🙏 consider "thumping" the little up arrow 🔼 to the right 👉 of my post to say that you liked it. Thanks so much!!

This is my first post ever in the “Unofficial Challenges”. I hope I scored it correctly. I shot this at 25 yards off of sandbags. I used my Walther LG400 and H&N Finale Match Heavy pellets. The very last shot stung me. I was using two wind flags and watching them closely. I think I must have shot right before the flag began to move. The wind was mild but with a ten meter rifle shooting wadcutters at 25 yards it didn’t take much. Anyway, I had fun and will try to participate again next match. Thanks for hosting.

I shot this today, been meaning to do it. FX DRS Tactical .22 cal 600mm, Element Helix Scope. MDT Ground pod up front Caldwell rabbit ear bag in back.
Hi Charles,
How are you liking your DRS Tactical? When it was announced I was very tempted. I’d had the $$ saved up for my Walther LG400 for a long time but it was out of stock every place in the world it seemed. Then the DRS Tactical caught my eye. Fortunately I resisted and just a couple weeks later I got the email that the Walther was back at Krales.

I have been really impressed with it, both in accuracy and efficiency, it's light weight but solidly built, stock DRS magazines are horrid, I bought 3 Orion magazines much easier to load.
This is my 6th FX rifle, and it has been the most impressive out of the box as far as performance. But FX quality control is still having issues I think, out of the box mine was missing the front trigger guard bolt. I have tried 5 different 18 grain pellets and am getting sub half inch groups at 50 yds with all of them in perfect conditions or inside. The H &N 18's aren't as consistent though as the other brands in my DRS. All are shooting between 880 and 905 depending on temperature.

Very nice tune and excellent accuracy. 48 shots with an SD of 2.3 is really great. You speed is perfect for that weight pellet in my experience.
