Different CO2 cartridges?

I usually buy Umarex branded CO2 cartridges at my local store, 25 cartridges for 15 €.
I've seen online there are cheaper ones if you buy like 50 or 100 ones, but they're different, seem less shiny, and there's only "Umarex" written, not all the small safety phrases and such... Sometimes they're labeled "Umarex by Airstream" , and there are other labeled only "Airstream" even cheaper.
Are them all the same so I can just buy the cheaper ones, or there are "hidden differences?"

If they're labeled as containing twelve grams of co2, then they should be the same. Count the number of shots that the different brands give you at the same temperature. That should tell you if any are less than what's advertised.

Edit - You could weigh them before and after use, as well. If there isn't a 12-gram difference, then something ain't right.

Cheers,

J~

I have purchased in the past co2 cartridges from this place and they were just as good as any other brand purchased locally. Also I believe the best price per unit if you use large quantities. I have purchased a case of 450 twice from them. Now it seems they come in smaller quantities, but they have bulk discount.

That's a pretty good price. I usually get them over the counter at Walmart. $21 for a 40 pack of Crosmans. Works out to $126 for 240 cartridges, so your link is a little cheaper.

I have Umarex, Daisy and Crosman cartridges that I use in a Crosman CO2 pellet revolver.

The Crosman carts seem to last the longest but also seem to give the best velocity. I noticed it even without a chronograph.

The Daisy are "OK" and the Umarex are really garbage in comparison.

I would have expected the differences to be even greater than the chart indicates.
