GX Pump Customer Support Email?

Anyone by chance have a contact email for GX Pump customer support? I'm having some issues with my CS4 and the email on the site kicked my message back as undeliverable. Thank you

Here's the factory email address in China [email protected] I got it from their web site at https://www.gxpump.cn/contact/ I've never used it so please do your due diligence and check things out. You have to select English on the web site. You can also try this link and look under Contacts https://gxaircompressor.en.alibaba.com/index.html?spm=a2700.shop_plgr.88.16.740a7121TZpAac Again use these with caution I've never used them so I can't vouch for them. If all else fails try the US email again [email protected] make certain your using the .net and not .com. Hope this helps.

Decreased performance with my CS4, compressor will sound as though it's running at a faster pace then a slower pace and it's struggling to top off bottles when close to max pressure.

All warranty claims must go through GX.
We do some warranty work for them, but any and all approvals have to go through GX.
