How many people have more than one PCP?

I didn't even know owning ONE was an option!

HW/Weihrauch Adjusting HW100 for lower velocity

I sold you the reg stuff and have tuned a few HW100s, grrrrrreat gun! In 177, I'd turn the hammer all the way out, and set the reg to 70-80 bar, and start shooting. You can do it without a chrono but it's not the best practice. What I do is set the reg low, hammer low and start chrono'ing and...

Does it exist? Slash, SWFA SS second gen?

I agree with what was said above, you won't find a fixed power, and the Midas Tac is one heck of a good scope. Probably the clearest you'll find in that price. My gripe with the Midas Tac is no lighted reticle, but I do have to admit, they made the best money choice, and put the $ in the lenses...

Exactly how many is too many

For me, it was 11 rifles. No matter how much I shoot, some ended up sitting for long periods of time. I'm down to 5 now and still some set a lot. You have favorites and they get shot the most. I'm thinking 4 is about right.

PCP Rifle I want a Pathfinder

Anybody have a pathfinder in 177, or 22, that they would like to trade for something new? I have some top shelf airguns I'd trade for one.

    N/A Walther LG300 Dominator - Lost appeal

That's a darn shame you had so much trouble. I've had similar experiences and had to just let it go and move on. You're so right, it leaves a lingering fart you can't get away from until you sell it, (at least for me). Those are beautiful guns. Funny thing one of the first "expensive" airguns I...

    Brocock/BRK Brocock Sniper XR Leak

IIRC, as in all airguns with a shroud/ silencer, there's a vent hole just in front of the action, in the shroud to vent air from the tube. That's normal.

    Shimming the scope

Right on! I've used plastic from pop bottles, electricians tape, brass shim stock, and pop cans and never had a problem. As long as you're smart enough not to crank it down like a gorilla, you'll be fine. On pcps it works great.

    A proper bench

I absolutely love the grill repurpose, that's genius. I use an adjustable height work platform from Lowe's, works perfect. I added a post with magnetic mount for my Garmin chrono.

    Is the 400 a 22?

    FX Royale 400

I'm too invested in my Crown, 4 barrels, 3 calibers, 3 stocks, etc. In fact, I actually like being able to swap barrels and liners.

    Pyramid Air refurbished

I bought two from them, and they were as near new, that I couldn't tell the difference. Would buy again if need be.

Storing pcp air rifles and pressure

I always wondered, why above reg pressure. In that state, the spring washers are under compression for long periods of time. If stored just below reg pressure, the springs are at rest and all rings have pressure on them. Just curious.
