What’s the plan for it ? Bench gun ,pest gun ?

I chose not to wait and went ahead and got a u2 compact . Got it 3 weeks ago and very happy with it .

I have a 30 600 and it shoots slugs as well if not better than pellets . It likes hybrids best

So far accuracy with mine has been awesome with most slugs but best with nsa 298 knurled

I’ve literally shot hundreds of red squirrels at my house so badly that if I want to try my new u2 compact on one I will have to go elsewhere to do it!

Good shooting . In all honesty was it worth tuning the gun up and losing shot count really worth it ?

I shoot the seconds in 22 and 30 . I will not buy any premium ones anymore. I’ve shot a lot of sleeves of hybrids and the seconds can be just as accurate. You will have to look at them as you are loading your mags because you will find some with defects.

I am personally a huge fan of the jsb33.95

I would suggest h&n hp2 sample packs in 217&218 . My u2 700 likes 218

For bench shooting I would favor the king over the m4 . For walking and hunting the shorter m4 would be better. I would take a good hard look at the crown if your not power hungry. Or a less expensive and less fun option would be to tether your drs !

My bone stock u2 700mm in 22 cal shoots the 25 hp2 at 950 for over 100 shots on a fill .

Sources say all equipment has been sold . The hand cast part is currently being produced and sold under the name mollys lead shed . The swagged part sounds like it will follow suit.

Older thread gut I have a u2 30 with 600 barrel and it came tuned at 90 ft lbs with 50 grain pellets
