2 cylinder tuxing 4500 psi compressor PRV

I also own 2 Tuxing twin cylinder but I have no need to push them over 4500, to each there own. My aim is to have it run 25 min and head temp below 120 and I have done that. Next is the oil temp. For the money they are very hard to beat if you can do those 2 things. One of mine is going on 4...

2 cylinder tuxing 4500 psi compressor PRV

Pressure vessels, like the Tuxing 4500 psi compressor, are typically subjected to hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times their working pressure to ensure safety and structural integrity. This is a standard practice in the industry to verify that the equipment can handle pressures beyond its normal...

    TANK PROS & CONS

I know you're not calling on it but, this will serve that it is possible if you have one that has been handled correctly it can surpass 15-20 plus, even up to 30 years if it's one of the MSA tanks. It's so very important to get them tested every 3-5 years, if it doesn't pass big deal at least...

    CF Tank what and where?

I have bought 2- 6.8 liter new from Amazon 288.00 each and a used MSA 45 min (6.8 liter) $ 80.00 (2023) and the valve adapter. The MSA tank was made in 06, It was hydro tested before I bought it and then again 3/?/25 and still pasted. The firefighting tanks are better made, because of the heat...

    Acecare Tank

Nothing like having your own compressor no matter what type or size, just don't push them past what they're capable of and keep them cool.

2 cylinder tuxing 4500 psi compressor PRV

Very nice setup. I just finished testing my setup and will post along with what I have done to keep it cooler. Although I didn't go as far as you have, it is effective. Now, the question is how to keep the oil cool. I have considered an oil cooler, but since it is a splash system, that is not...

    Acecare Tank

It was tested before Acecare ships, I fill my own, so I have them tested once every 5 years and take very good care of them,They are kept in a protective bag. If you're talking about the MSA tank it was tested with a tag on the tank and paperwork showing it.

2 cylinder tuxing 4500 psi compressor PRV

I like the idea of the shower head; I'll have to get one. I have 2 Tuxing's because I alternate them, every 2 months this way it gives me time to service one and I have a backup. Nothing worse than not having a running compressor, lol May i ask you the placement of the 2nd pump? is it after the...

    257 vs 25

I have had a.25 caliber Avenger modified 100 fpe and both .257 and the .308 AirForce Texan full-length barrel. The .257 in my opinion is far greater than a 25 caliber for hunting or just plinking. The .308, in my opinion is that much more enjoyably even though they share the same valve. For all...

    100 yards and beyond…?

I strongly agree with pcps being more of a challenge and that's why I am pull to them. When I was working for Uncle Sam, I was lucky enough to pick up how to become a good shot quickly. I was qualified for a number of weapons but, I have never been challenged as much as I have with a pcp at long...
