Tuning 375 Bar Bottle

Folks,

I received my Impact M3 in April 2022, the FX bottle is stamped 375 Bar and the bottle gauge maxes out at 300 bar. The rifle is still stamped Max Pressure 250 Bar. My first reg. is set to 175 Bar and my second set to 125 Bar. Should I worry about putting 300 Bar in the bottle?

Are you sure that it's not the "TEST" pressure that's marked 375 ? Read the bottle...closely.

Just stick with the 250, you'll be safe that way ! The (possible) extra few PSI isn't gonna be a big deal anyway.

I would not fill an M3 to 375.

You are going to stress not only the cylinder, but also the regulator and other parts of the rifle. I have a cylinder that supports 300 bars, but to take care of my impact, I never exceed 250.

Mike your right, I have the Acra rail on and couldn't see the whole bottle I twisted the bottle enough to see the whole label and it does say max pressure 310 Bar.

I've got a second 580cc bottle on order I'll be happy with that. Oh well I had to ask, thanks for all your responses.

375 is TEST / 300 is MAX pressure and NOT the Service pressure / 250 is the SERVICE or USE pressure.

Don't fill and use tank above 250 bar.

M3 tanks can be filled to 300 bars. If someone has the reg pressure set to 200 bars then 300 bars in a tank is an advantage.
