Arken Zulus 0, 20, and 35 MOA Mounts - Short or Long for FX Crown?

It's not a hack it's an automatic re-direct since your US based. The import laws and stuff are a pain to get here with stuff like that. There was a huge delay with the iray lrf for months being held up due to import issues. The US is a small base of team and got big fast and trying to keep up. With time it will start to get better.

Arken is a great company, that already offers great products, but getting them in United States through their sole U.S. dealer is not possible yet. In fact, the U.S. dealers web site does not even mention many of Arkens already existing products. For example:

OVER-SEAS DEALERS = Zulus 3-12 AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER WITH YOUR CHOICE OF MOA BASE!
United States dealer = ZULUS 3-12 not even listed on their web site. NOT YET.

OVER-SEAS DEALERS = Zulus 5-25 IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW WITH YOUR CHOICE OF MOA BASE!
United States dealer = Zulus 5-25 NOT IN STOCK...Might be a 6 to 8 Week waiting period???

OVER-SEAS DEALERS = 20 MOA BASE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.
United States dealer = 20 MOA BASE NOT EVEN A OPTION. NOT EVEN MENTIONED ON THEIR WEB SITE.

OVER-SEAS DEALERS = 35 MOA BASE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.
United States dealer = 35 MOA BASE NOT EVEN AN OPTION. NOT EVEN MENTIONED ON THEIR WEB SITE.

OVER-SEAS DEALERS = WE OFFER 850 and 940 NM IR ILLUMINATOR OPTIONS
United States dealer = NO IR OPTIONS AT ALL.

Arken is a great company, that already offers great products.
Arken already has had a main web site, so why redirect, and prevent U.S. consumers, from even viewing it?
Censorship is no way to run a buisness.
I dont know for sure, but I would guess that sales in the U.S., make up a large majority of overall world-wide sales.
Perhaps Arken just needs another dealer or two, in United States.

Consumers in United States are CUTTING UP ALUMINUM BEER CANS , to mount a $700, state of the art product, not even knowing that different MOA mounting options exist! Meanwhile, over-seas customers install the included and proper MOA mount, and immediantly enjoy their new Zulus!
Still others, like myself, have delayed buying a Zulus alltogether, simply waiting for the U.S. dealer to finally offer the existing Arken products, just like over-seas dealers already do!
Others are buying/searching for non-Arken MOA mounting options as a result : (https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/looking-for-eaglevision-pard-008s-mount.1310017/)

All I am saying, is that as a consumer, it would be nice to be able to purchase the Zulus, and then simply choose one of their 3 different existing bases, at the same time of order, and then enjoy the product as intended, just like the rest of the world already does, without cutting up old aluminum cans!

Arken is a great company, that offers great products.
Its a shame that the sole U.S. dealer is lagging behind.

Maybe someday in the future, consumers in United States will finally be able to order a in stock Zulus, with the choice of a included 0 MOA, 20 MOA or 35 MOA base, just like the rest of the world, is already doing!

In the mean-time, its certanly tempting, to view EVERYTHING that Arken already offers, by visiting a over-seas dealers web site, and placing 1 order with the same over-seas dealer, if laws permit.

Your Mark 2 Crown should already have a 20 MOA angle built into the picatinny scope rail.
Ok, did not know that. Thanks.

So the 0 Moa is the way to go?

I struggled to find a good place to mount the Zulus on my Crown. High cheek piece, magazine height and placement(the perfect place to mount the scope is right where the mag is) can make it challenging. This is what I've come up with so far:

Put that Zulus on a smaller gun without a huge mag…

That is exactly how I have my Zulus installed on my Crown. The "eyebox" is perfect for me.

Does the 0 MOA mount work alright at long distances?
Im using the 30 MOA mount on my Mark 1 Crown.

I can't bring myself to change my "new to me" .22 Atomic setup. I had to work on it a good bit to get some accuracy inconsistencies out of it(seemed to always have a flyer or 2 per mag). But now I can put 2 and a half mags inside a nickel at 50 yards on calm winds. Plus I know all my holdover points.

Which is why I have two Atomics…😈

I would like to have the Zulus with a quick connect mount.

I want it handheld until I have found the target. Does at 0 Moa mount with quick connect exist?

Something like this

I don't think so. Search for "quick disconnect picatinny riser" because you'll probably want the extra height. You'll find plenty like this:

I don't know if you noticed in the picture, but I had to take the buttplate assembly off(shortening the length of pull) the Crown to get my eyebox right.

I too have the Zulus mounted on a FX Crown MK1.
However, my stock is walnut, and I am NOT useing the flexable Arken eye cup on the Zulus.
I may install the flexable eye cup latter, for hunting, but for now, it remains uninstalled.
The "eye box" lines up perfect for me, and I still have plenty of room for adjustment in either (fwd./aft) directions.
Im still in the initial "honeymoon stage" with the Zulus, but so far Im really enjoying it!
In fact, Im considering purchasing a second one, for another rifle.

I am considering buying a crown that I would likely mount a Zulus on, so am very interested in this. I see you have yours mounted on an additional rail and your butt pad removed. Are you hunting with this or mainly shooting off a bench? I am just curious as it looks quite "upright", and wonder of that works for prone and bench shooting. Could the Zulus be mounted without the extra rail, and is there room to move the zulus forward on it's own mount? Please don't think i'm being critical of your setup, I am just looking at all the options.
Thanks.
