ARS FARCO 495 Shotgun?

Just need to find the right buyer, most dont really know too much about them, 7 ( ? ) different models - all roughly the same- there is a .30 with spare barrel for sale right now for $400.00 so ???????????????

Have the original fill tank? Some way to fill it? Checked for leaks?

Naturally NO parts available ( never were ) so working condition to any "user" might matter.

Thinking the "495" was the last model imported by ARS but Ron Sauls may have imported more?

AirNGasman,

I must respectfully disagree with you about the aluminum "shells."

I have 2 that I purchased straight from Davis Schwesinger( one is serial number 001, new in box never used), and Davis made the brass shot shells himself. I know for a fact that mine( both) came with 12 BRASS shot shells, a 10oz Co2 cylinder, a wad cutting tool.

I have a spare stock that I bought from Davis, and I have the most valuable one-the first one made 001.

I may consider selling it in about 5 years for $2-$3,000.

It's one of a kind.

Every single part was individually numbered because each one was hand made and no 2 were exactly the same, so the parts had to be numbered .

So Crank's Farco came with aluminum shells and mine and AF's (two) came with brass. Wouldn't be surprised to learn someone has used plastic shells.

I guess before someone disagrees with my statement, "Yes, strictly Co2" I should be the first to say I've heard of at least one person running one on high-pressure-air. Don't know if he survived to disagree with me, so thought I'd be his proxy!
