Possible.. I had a Wolf Airguns moderator (Poland) seized by customs last spring. A question about how to handle it was what brought me to this forum back in June. Nothing ever came of it in my case BUT if DFL's compoents are made in China and customs declares them to be parts intended only for use in making firearm silencers then that could be what caused his troubles. I always assumed his mods were USA made...
