I get that some people don't like or want the dual regulator setup on the M3 but can someone tell me why the MkII is better than the M3?
By my count, the M3 is better in the following areas:
- Power wheel has more adjustability
- Micro adjuster is tool-less and infinitely better
- Power Block
- Bigger plenum
- Ability to put the cocking lever on either of the action
- Ability to add an angled gauge for easier viewing of reg pressure
- Front barrel clamp
- Bigger, more ergonomic cocking bolt
- Probably a number of internal improvements that aren't widely published
So where is the MkII better again? Of course somebody is going to come in and say that most of those changes can be retrofitted to the MkII but by the time you pay for all of those upgrades, you'd likely be paying more than just buying the M3 outright (and getting a reg 1 delete kit if you are dead set on not running two regs).
