Just curious if any of the vendors on here have the ability to respond to industry feedback posts? Just doesn’t seem fair to have a forum where someone can just trash a company/vendor with zero discussion or replies possible ??

@Trucker3573 They used to be able to. What I have seen is a vendor create a response to a thread that a discontented member posted. Aside form that It its what it is. It was nice when we could read responses to these threads whether they were from manufacturers, vendors, or customers.

Even though the issue was resolved the terrible title still stands for everyone to see. Let’s face it that is what most people que in on and remember. Headlines, snap shots and sound bites.

Agreed, or give them a forum to tell their side of the story about the members. People providing feedback should not be able to do so free from response of the companies.
