Season ends last day in Feb, So I got out once last time. No Squirrels, but a glorious day outside. We just picked up about 8" of snow, so it was very quiet.

Nice looking day for sure. We have another month here. Now that most of the ice fishing is done. I will spend my weekends in the woods.

We had so few fox and grey squirrels last year I haven't been shooting any. Our season goes until Mar 31, which seems too long. Shooting a squirrel on a warm spring day in late March feels unfair after it made it through whole winter.
