This is what you want. Works with arca or picatinny. Buy a saddle if your rifle does not have a rail on it.

I already ordered this, but being amzon could get both and return one.
Do you think it’s worth the bother and the $100 ?

Do I think it's worth the 100 and the hassle ? For me personal yes just for the ease of use and control that handle helps a lot but that decision definitely depends on personal preference and situation . I did purchase my MH-60 on sale and again for me if I had to pay 200 over I would probably opt for the 99 dollar ballhead I am sure either option will get the job done the MH-60 to me is just creature comfort and ease of use and I'm all about that.

I have to say that I’m still enjoying the ease of use from my Innorel bowl tripod with a Benro S6 video head. Since the video head doesn’t cant, you quickly level the bowl with its adjustment and the gun remains true on that axis for a full 360 degree pan. There is enough movement from the bowl that you can compensate for a fair bit uneven tripod leg length and ground irregularity very quickly. I have a dual picatinny/Arca Swiss clamp attached to mine that works well with both formats. The S6 head is only rated for up to 17lbs, but it tightens enough to hold the tilt angle when you let go of the gun while still allowing you to easily and smoothly change that tilt. I will admit that It is a little bulky even when compared to a large ball head.

The way that buffer is positioned in the background had me zooming in to try and figure out what those extra "dials" were.

Funny I just got the Bog death grip tripod . Paid $259 and didn’t like that it didn’t have adjustability for side can’t. So I bought the Artcise 60 ball head off Amazon. It was nice but it was heavy and I wanted this for hunting out west. I returned the ball head and bought a smaller one along with a different rifle clamp . All together I got a total rig that is 12 ounces lighter than the stock Bog Deathgrip. If just useing at the range or back yard the large Artcise ball head works great. I use my trigger sticks on the back of my rifle as well. Very solid even with a single or double leg version. Lots of great videos on UTube on how to shoot off a tripod. Worth looking at. I di just see a new video put out by Bog where they have updated the deathgrip tripod with a new ball head of their own design. They also have gone to the twist locking legs as well. So you may see some sales coming on the original design to get rid of inventory. I also bought a clamp for the leg of the bog tripod and made a bracket to mount a small ball head so I could mount my sporting scope to. So no need to switch back and forth on the same ball head. Works great.

It’s all together, parts arrived in 2 days. I think I’m glad I didn’t go too cheap.
Would have never thought it could be so stable . Granted Im shooting make believe
at the tv. Got a different ball mount coming yet to try. Probably only used from back porch.View attachment 547652View attachment 547661
I see you‘re a Hochul fan… She looks so much like the Joker from the Batman movies… But the joke is on us New Yorkers… Nice setup looking forward to your review through actual field use…🙏
