Are you a guide or resident?Shot some iguanas and starlings with the U2 600mm .177 and .177 Akela.
Genob,Finally drying out after a week of rain, may be I can target shot today. Any way, I spent last week finalizing my action block design for the next project.

That's actualy the air supply from plenum to the valve. The external bottle/regulator will bolt directly to this chamber. The exhaust valve has a straight pathway up to the barrel channel. The cut out is for a marauder magazine and to the left will be the bolt activated via side lever. Sorry I didn't show more details as I am calculating bolt stroke to lever angle with minimum side loading when cocking it.Genob,
I am considering a build myself. It’ll be a new experience. Just curious…I see the port is drilled on an angle. Is there a benefit to this, or would perpendicular work as well? Thanks for humoring me. John
Do you have any of your old springers lying around?I Used to shoot springers in the past, always viewed PCP as too expensive. However, some of the newer rifles (Barra, Air Venturi) seem to be a bit more affordable, plus a little more disposable income ... So, I'm looking for a nice PCP in the ~$300 range, mostly for backyard plinking
The hand shows scale. Theres no need to crop out my handGood morning!
I just thought I'd mention photo editing.
I don't know how that works on a p/c, but both of my phones have onboard editing to straighten and crop things out of frame, like our feet that always seem to get in our photo's.

Thanks for the lesson…I’m going to have to start making chips soon. Is 6061 the material of choice? That's actualy the air supply from plenum to the valve. For the action yes, it has excellent machinability. For anything that will see upwards of 4K psi, I use ASTM rated 7075-T6.Thanks for the lesson…I’m going to have to start making chips soon. Is 6061 the material of choice?

Wow, that is really nice. I assume you’ve done that before! I’ve got a new AEA Challenger that I’ve thought about stippling. The stock is super smooth and I really have to make sure to grab it tight to make sure I don’t drop it. I’ve never done any stippling before though, so it’s seems kind of daunting. Do you have any tips for a first timer other than doing a lot of practice on scrap wood, tools for the border and the stippling? Great work!Finished stripping the Rainson stock. Now it's much lighter color, will air dry for a day before applying clear wood sealer.
