This is a design I have been working on for a while and just got it working perfectly (except for the fact that I only did 39 rounds intead of 40 lol my bad, next version will have 40 or maybe 50) What do ya think? Any suggestions to improve it? Im thinking I will hollow out the center to store some extra pellets for when I run out in the field, IF I run out in the field lol Im thinking about selling them if there is enough interest to make it worth my time, so if you are interested let me know.

600mm barrel, 11g hammer weight, stock STX liner. Regs at 150/115psi. FX 34g pellets on PW7 at 905fps, and 25.4g Atomic pellets on PW5 at 915fps. Best groups are with the 34g pellets.

Shot this one in the woods this morning. NSA 26.7 .249 slug. Opened up good looks like.

I have had a Dina Stromrider for a couple of years. I reall was blown away at how it shot. It loved the Hades and the 16 grain AA. Then all of a sudden it stopped shooting well mid group. So I said it must be dirty. Cleaned the barrel and nothing. Someone said clean the modulator. So I did that. Nothing doing. I read where they had drilled the Hole a little bigger. So I did that, Things got better but still not good. I was getting low in pellets and did not know what to try next then I decide to take all the baffels out . The rifle shoots great and I can hardly tell any differance in sound.
Can anyone explain all of this to me?

I noticed I got some JSB 22 in 18g that where really dirty with lead dust and salt size lead particles. I cleaned them with Dawn dish soap and they came out pretty clean. I am wondering now should I lube them ?

If so can you recommend some lube.

So … I picked up a used Avenger in .22 awhile back and was pretty pleased with it. Came to me in a Terminador stock which looks great and is very lightweight. shot pretty good as it came, but I absolutely hated the Terminador ldc. Wasn’t all that effective and looked horrible. So I ordered a Buck Rail adapter and suppressor. The adapter replaces the stock baffles, stabilizes the barrel, is a very effective air stripper. The suppressor screws onto it and looks like an extension of the shroud. Some of the absolute best 3d print work I have ever seen. And it works! I tuned this to shoot 18g Barricudas at ~835fps. And it is QUIET! Bunny fart quiet. If you own an Avenger I highly recommended this setup. You won’t be disappointed.
Gun is pretty accurate with the Barricudas, so I loaded a mag with Crosman 14.3 hollow points. You know, $7 for 500 at WalMart. 935fps
frickin’ lasers! More accurate than the Barri’s. Zero at 30yds under 1/2”. 1 1/2”@100 Put a clay bird out to 140yds. Distance put it off my reticle so instead of dialing inI Kentucky windaged it. 4 rounds later … no more bird! This , again, with cheap Crosman 14.3’s in a pretty decent wind. I am completely blown away by this $300 magic wand!The two on the left were my ranging shots.

Well much is said about the tx200 and all of it true. Many appreciate the HW50 but many deride it especially in the UK. But where it really matters Check out the groups. Rubbish distance but its all I have in the Garden.

This rifle was posted for over a month, no sale. He listed it again the other day, reduced. The only catch was you had to pick it up, he wouldn’t ship. He lived way up north so nobody wanted to drive there. They wanted him to drive 1 1/2 hours to meet them half way. Well I lived less than a hour away.
Only one problem, I have one. Well I now have 2 and plan on putting Doppler sights on it. I like this gun and I like the lines on it. Another one for the cycle.

Need to make a Walmart run for assorted other things and thought I should buy another pellet to try, for a Daisy 880.

I’ve only tried Daisy pointed pellets (7.something grains) and RWS R10 wadcutters (8.2 grains). I remember seeing one or two other kinds at Walmart. Any recs on something different to try next? Maybe something with a domed head? I could mail order anything but just want a tin or two I can pick up in person, no fuss involved.

When I was building rimfire benchrest rifles I had this killer shooting Benchmark barrel on an action of mine, I saved it in case I ever wanted to build myself another rifle. I thought of a way that I could turn it down without hurting the internal bore and I'm going to fit it on my MK3. I test fitted it today and it fits perfect, I just need to fit a .22 cal. transfer port and get a .22 cal. probe as my rifle is .25 cal. right now. With the reduction in weight from turning it down and getting it locked into the power block and the tensioner clamp, I think it should work very well......I will find out very soon......

I’ve had this gun since they invented it. Never sold it because it’s a great pitching wedge. Medium power, pleasure to shoot and no mechanical issues ever. But it’s one weakness is consistency. It’s a pretty darn accurate gun for the most part, but it’s like a crazy girlfriend. You just don’t know what you’re gonna get when you pick her up or get home from work. But after some flowers or compliments, it’s a great gun for the rest of that day. For the last year this has been my 14.3gr cheap pellet shooter. But on a recent trip for a family outing, I put it on a quality pellet in hopes of avoiding the crazy girlfriend syndrome. Day one, dialed it in and it was stellar. Day two it was off so we dialed it in and it was fine. Day three it was just not what it was the days before but still ok. The other guns I took were spot on all days. A couple weeks ago I was digging through my barrel collection and found a Kral barrel. Long sucker. I wondered if Kral barrels shoot 14.3 Crosmans. So I tried them in my Empire XS and Jumbo. They did pretty good but I needed a third opinion before I spent 3 hours on my lathe. I PM’ed Dr. Kralenstein and he basically said they will shoot. So yesterday it was crappy and a perfect day to build a barrel. I made it a smidge longer than stock and tightened the tolerances of the slip fit into the receiver. I used a Impact shroud and cut it to fit because I need an air stripper with such a short barrel. Shot the gun yesterday at the house, took it to my dads and shot it again. Then last night took it to my buddies and shot it. Brought it home and leaned it against a chair resting on the barrel. Got up today, still spot on. I mean cutting the same pellet holes from yesterday at 30 yards spot on. Haven‘t tested any other pellets except the Crosman 14.3 yet and I might not have to. So yes, this FX has a Kral barrel and so far, it’s better for it.

So I’ve noticed that my M3 is underperforming compared to a friends M3 at the range. I’m at 121 bar and pushing 24.8 .218 NSAs at 1002 FPS but my hammer spring is at 4.8ish.


My friend for comparison is pushing 27 grain .217 NSAs at 990 and only at 110 bar.

What’s weirder is that I have the power block and tungsten hammer and he has neither.

What’s goin on here?

I bought this brand new rifle with the newest HP GCU in 22 caliber in 2020 with the intention of using it for EBR and RMAC speed events but later decided I'm not shooting those bigger matches for the foreseeable future.
Another reason I'm selling this gun is I don't shoot pellets much anymore in powerful pcp's like this Redwolf because I have other powerful pcp's which I shoot more often while using slugs that I prefer for long range. I also bought a V3 recently to shoot slugs in so its time to let someone else enjoy this Redwolf, plus I wanted to keep the Redwolf in primo condition so it just sits in the safe.
I haven't shot it much, I doubt I have 3 tins of JSB MRD's through it.
It's in 99% condition and comes with all the original stuff that came in the box as well as it'll ship in the original box.

I tried it with Altaros slugs and it shoots them quite well. These slugs have about the same G1 BC than 22rf 40gr lead bullet! Altaros 31.2 gr slugs labeled "A" at 60 yards on most of the target, as well as the JSB 25.4 MRD's on the low right. Absolutely no tuning has been done to this gun so I'm sure it'd do better with a good tune and will shoot pellets better with a decent batch. The batch I shot those groups with gives flyers sometimes.
When I first got the gun I had 1.5 tins left that Mike N gave me and they shot fantastic through this gun but I ran out.

The Alaros 32.3 gr Smooth also shoot well in this RW and maybe even a hair better.

Hello everyone,

I had some small drop pieces of steel flashing and I decided to make a small Quonset Hut style Bird Feeder out of them. Couple of pieces of scarp wood, a bit of paint and whal-la the Deadliest Squirrel magnet . I mounted the Feeder out next to my 25-yard steel targets so that all the seeds that fall out of the Feeder will land on the ground next to the targets. As you can see in the third photo this guy thought he had found a free meal but it turned out to be a .177 cal pellet to the brain .
