SOLD $REDUCED$ Weihrauch HW97 KT .22 Cal.

For sale: HW97 KT in .22 cal. It is in like new condition only had for a few months, purchased new. This is the best springer I have ever shot, and it is very accurate. Has never been taken apart or any modifications done to it, all stock. I would estimate about 200 pellets been put through it. Only thing I can find wrong is a small indent on the stock that came this way to me, not very noticeable need to be in the right light to see it. Comes with manual, box and a set of Sports Match rings 11mm dovetail for 1.0" scopes. (HT08C).

$450 PayPal F&F or PayPal G&S $475 shipped CONUS only.

Poor financial position aka broke

This is funny to me. I am not going to name the person but when they come back on me with a smart ass remark, you will know who it is. There is an ad for a gun with some add ons that if bought separately would add a good bit to the value of the gun. The would be seller has lowered the package price a good bit from retail as is normal. Who among us buys high and sells higher? The seller indicates they are firm with their price. He advises that you should not cry to him about not having enough money because of whatever. He indicates that maybe you should make better financial decisions rather than buying an air gun in this price range. I submit that the seller should have made a better decision than to invest so much money into a rifle you are not going to keep so you are selling it for hundreds less than you invested. Maybe he is trying to educate others and using himself as an example. Thoughts?

New Hunting rifle

Ok, I am sure this question has been asked in a lot of different forms in the past, but here goes again. I think I know what I want, but want to make sure I am not missing something. It has been about a year since I bought my HW97 in .20 and do love it. Specifically I bought it for Squirrel Hunting. After carrying (lugging) it around for a season, I am thinking I should look for something a little bit lighter in weight. It is giving me about 14-15 ft-lbs, and has been adequate, I feel like a little more energy would give me more confidence of a one shot kill.

So here are some criteria I have in mind: Left handed, 22 cal, wood stock preferred, light weight. Accurate to 60 yards, side lever, 40+ shots per fill. short Length is important since I will be hunting in heavy undercover, and steep hills (Southern Indiana) and I intend to use a moderator.

Then for a scope I usually don't want it to be too powerful for hunting thinking something in the 6x to 8x range. Of course needs to have side parallax adjustable.

My Budget including scope is $2000. I have been looking at Daystate Huntsman Revere, HW110, Air Arms 510. What other decent rifles are out there that fit the criteria?

Hunting season is coming up. Thanks for the input.

NLA Brand New Element Helix 4-16x44 FFP MOA (REDUCED)

Bought a couple of these 4-16x44 scopes in May 2022, one of them for my NRL22 base class 22LR. Quickly realized I need more magnification, eyes aren't what they used to be. This Element Helix for sale has never been mounted and is brand new never been out of the box. Not a lot of negative to these scopes for the price, keeping 3 out of 4 I bought. Not interested in trades. $389 shipped/insured lower 48, payment via PayPal FF. Thank you for checking out my post!

Tuning  Taipan Veteran, something different

Hi from France, this is my first post but i've been watching here since 2016.
I bought this .22 VET in 2018 at Balistas (CZ), I quickly understood the quality and performance of this gun.

I also looked for how to adjust the cocking lever system to my preference, with a very low weight, and ridiculous cost.
Taipan takes way too long to come up with a new version, and I finally found the time to work on my garage.
Also, thanks to mtnGhost for his project here and I hope it will succeed soon.

Below this is my mod with custom front lever, perfectly fonctional and it retains the original cocking smoothness.
I just need to rework a new carbon plate to allow location of the lower finger, currently the carbon tube hits with the lower lever part at the end of the travel...
Enjoy.

NEW STUD 40 Round Magazine in .25 Caliber for the FX Impact is now in stock

This new STUD 40 round magazine to fit the FX Impact in .25 caliber was requested by many of our customers. After considerable effort in design and testing, this magazine is now available on our website. This particular magazine is a "pellet version" and will accept a pellet (or a slug) up to 9.2mm in length. You can see it in our store here.

This magazine features the same leading technology as our 40-round mag for the FX Maverick/Dreamline etc. Stainless steel roller bearings, super precise chain, and a spring-loaded large drive wheel, guarantees excellent round feeds and silky-smooth operation. The magazine is situated on the Impact, rotated downward (compared to our Maverick/Dreamline magazine) allowing its ease of use by both right- and left-hand shooters.

Access to the rounds is a simple lift on the end of the lid, which breaks the magnetic seal...no twisting of knobs etc. required. Easy to see shots remaining holes in the lid, allow the shooter to know when it's time to reload. Muli-material production on the drive wheels showing the STUD logos allows the shooter to see the wheels turning as the rounds advance...which is just simply cool to look at.

Future versions coming - There will be a "slug only" version of this .25 caliber magazine (which will accept slugs up to 12mm in length) coming later this summer. There will also be .22 caliber versions of this magazine also coming later this summer, in both Pellet and Slug versions.

You can check out this new magazine here.

A YouTube video of the basics of our 40 Round magazines can be found here:

SOLD Kalibrgun Cricket Mini Carbine .22

The original owner purchased this from Charlie @ Georgia Airguns in January 2021. I bought if from him a few months ago, but have not used it enough to warrant keeping it. It's a sweet little rifle and one of the most accurate I've ever had, but there is a lot of overlap with this and my Taipan Veteran. There are couple of minor scratches on the gun. I've tried to show these in the pics below. The photos make these look much worse than they are--IMO.

It's currently setup for JSB 16s. I just finished shooting a 1/2" group at 50 yards--which is great shooting for me (photo below).

Fire lapping a barrel?

I have one .22x500 poly barrel giving me really a hard time.
Tried with 5-6 different pellets in range between 16 and 25 gr 5.50 and 5.52.
I re-crown it several times - until figure how to eliminate the thin wire edge.
I polished the lead-in.
I am regularely cleaning and polishing it.
So far nothing really worked well as I was expecting, I just cannot get tighter then 1" groups @50.
Latest idea to try to fire lap it.
Reading through several online blogs and how-to's, but all of them are firearms, I have not seen any story doing it with airgun barrels.
What lapping or polishing compounds you guys using? And normally how many shots? I understand what lapping means in tooling manufacturing, that is still more as a material removal and not just a simple polishing.

SOLD WTS Midas tac 6-24x50, OR 4-16X44. Whichever sells first!

So I’m looking into trying another scope. I have multiples of these, so I’m going to sell ONE. whichever goes first, I will keep the remainder. I love both of these scopes equally, and even though the 6-24 has more mag, they both do equally well out to 100yds because the glass quality and reticle are so nice. Both are MIL reticle FFP scopes.
I’m looking to get $500 shipped for the 6-24 or $450 shipped for the 4-16. They are both in great condition, and will come with box and paperwork. The 6-24 will also come with vortex flip up scope caps.
If you want mounts, I have the athlon cantilever mount with 20MOA built in. I would sell this with the scope for an extra $50.
If you have any questions, or would like pics, please message me.
Thanks for looking!
