Other Busy weekend with 3 completely different types of PCP's

Each of these #'d topics will be getting their own thread and pics so this is a tease of sorts:

Glorious Weather this weekend in Mobile, Al. low of 46 F, high of 68 F - light winds but if i start early enough - no winds.

#1) I am now in possession of a "one off" true single shot loader for a .177 SKOUT EPOCH - testing will begin 11/19/23 to see if the single shot loader built by Skout, resolves the skirt damage the rotary magazines were causing in the tiny fragile .177 pellet skirts = research and development - will i stop chasing my zero and have my POI finally corrected? Stay tuned.

#2) My Daystate .25 Wolverine (EFT specific tuned rig). Although not appropriate for my 105 yard suburban backyard range, it will be getting ZERO'd and Dope prepped. This is in anticipation of the EFT event in Leesburg, FL end of this month, Nov 23. Numerous Hay bails with additional backstops stand ready to receive some lead.

#3) I will be setting up a special order, custom built, Crossman Challenger HFT that came from Airgun Revisions = Rich Dudek. I'm hoping to sponsor a young eager shooter. How will this amazing airgun, compare when thrown into my mix of numerous high end FT platforms?
Theory - you don't have to spend a lot of money to havve a very accurate FT or HFT rifle. This gun weighs in at 8.5 lbs when scoped. Research and Development = scope and dope and shoots groups out to 55 yards.

Can't wait to see each of these.
Especially interested in the single shot loader for the Epoch. Do you know if they will be made available? and if they will be made in different calibers?
Hey Lewis, we do plan on making them available and they will be offered in all calibers once we get all the bugs worked out!

Looking forward to your assessment of the Challenger HFT

I've never shot EFT before - so just come ! Bring a gun and shoot with us. I believe registration is closing soon.
Currently I do not have a adequate gun for EFT. It would be a dream to travel around and compete in multiple events. I would prefer to have one Rifle and one Scope to compete in 100y BR, EFT and NRL22. Which might be making to many compromises? Challenging deciding which platform, scope etc. I also am interested in obtaining the same EFT knock down targets for practice. I hope my schedule alows me to attend.

Sounds like you need a Deltawolf or Alphawolf or skout

I ran out of daylight before I could get to the Skout today-darn. I did sort out the Wolverine and the Crossman Challenger but it Looks like next Saturday will be my SKOUT day!

It is a brilliant airgun and fully equipped with scope it’s only 8.9 lbs. I’m sooo impressed with it that I’m going to put a really nice Sightron FT scope on it and rework my dope. Mine was specifically tuned using Benjamin 10.5 match pellets and at 55 yards my two 10 shot groups from my bench were all within a 25 cent piece. But standing and kneeling is what wins matches and i haven’t tested this yet as i was preparing a new wolverine.25 for an EFT event in Leesburg Fl for 11/30-12/1 and 12/2.
