Each of these #'d topics will be getting their own thread and pics so this is a tease of sorts:
Glorious Weather this weekend in Mobile, Al. low of 46 F, high of 68 F - light winds but if i start early enough - no winds.
#1) I am now in possession of a "one off" true single shot loader for a .177 SKOUT EPOCH - testing will begin 11/19/23 to see if the single shot loader built by Skout, resolves the skirt damage the rotary magazines were causing in the tiny fragile .177 pellet skirts = research and development - will i stop chasing my zero and have my POI finally corrected? Stay tuned.
#2) My Daystate .25 Wolverine (EFT specific tuned rig). Although not appropriate for my 105 yard suburban backyard range, it will be getting ZERO'd and Dope prepped. This is in anticipation of the EFT event in Leesburg, FL end of this month, Nov 23. Numerous Hay bails with additional backstops stand ready to receive some lead.
#3) I will be setting up a special order, custom built, Crossman Challenger HFT that came from Airgun Revisions = Rich Dudek. I'm hoping to sponsor a young eager shooter. How will this amazing airgun, compare when thrown into my mix of numerous high end FT platforms?
Theory - you don't have to spend a lot of money to havve a very accurate FT or HFT rifle. This gun weighs in at 8.5 lbs when scoped. Research and Development = scope and dope and shoots groups out to 55 yards.
