What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

I hope Thomas is alright
I haven't seen him on the forum lately, which i thought was a little odd
Hope you are well Thomas
I had an email from him stating due to health issues he was out of airguns for a while. No other info than that. His web site is down as well.

Ross...please let Thomas know we are all thinking about him and he is in my thoughts and prayers...🙏

Hello everyone,

I apologize for not posting here on the Forum sooner but due to some medical issues I have been preoccupied. At this time I do not have any medical information that I can share. I truly do appreciate everyone’s concern .

Hopefully I can get all of this resolved and get back to normal soon. In the meantime, ya’ll keep on shooting a lot of holes in paper targets and having fun.

Thomas, get well SOON! 🤗

Shot Yesterday, with the usual Epic Two + 13 gr Zan, distance 75 M

Played my other game, which i call miss 3
The rule is pick a small paper target, shoot at it all you can / want / dare. but 3 misses and that target is terminated.
In my case most often i just shoot until i have 3 shots outside the black dot.
It is rare i put so many holes in the black that i choose to move to the next target.
I use this to gauge rifle consistency, so here clearly not the sweetest of spots, the speed was too low.
Like dot #2 CUZ at least the 3 misses was on the same side, and inside grouping good for what it is.

This one in the picture, a clear proof that dialing while shooting is not always a good idea.
And mind you the differences here are minute.

The picture are marked in red with the order i shot the 5 dots.
The 3 missed shots on each marked in green and yellow

As you can see everything just fell apart for me.
And it was actually quite acceptable weather, at least not something i will whimper about.

EDIT:
Just been thinking you could score this game, so the 3 misses will be added up and deducted from the score in the black, so in the case of dot #1
missed shot 1 and 3 is outside or touching the outer line so they are both -10 points and my 2 shot - 8 ( missed scots scored in reverse so totally outside the rings are -10 and so - 30 is your biggest minus you can get and with these papers + .177 and - 24 the smallest.

you can put as many + shots in the black as you choose, the challenge here is to put target up at a distance where you do not turn the black part into one large uncountable hole.

At 50 M i would of course not expect to miss the black dot so too close for me, on the other hand these at 100 M is quite tough and getting a positive score will probably be hard CUZ you easy do - 30 on your 3 missed shots
