Well I have everything for my Kratos. Rifle, scope, pellets, and was waiting on a cheapie hand pump. Mailman brought the pump Saturday so I unbox it and hook it up. Start pumping and after probably 50 strokes see the gauge is still at about 1800psi, the rifle I bought used already had 2100psi in it. Had the wife on the floor looking for leaks after I put some liquid soap on the connections. After about another 25 pumps she found a leak at the hose output fitting. Fixed that. Started pumping again and couldn't get it to go beyond about 2300psi. Found another leak and fixed that. By the time I got to 3000psi, I was in a full sweat. All this took place in about 40 minutes and we had to leave for a family reunion and I needed another shower. Not sure this is the sort of hobby for an old fat guy.

Even at 30fpe, my 25 caliber pp800 feels under-powered. I sent it off to Don Cothran to see if he'd fit a valve to in February, and just got it back today. He did not get a chance to really look at it for a large number of reasons I won't get into (personal matters for him). And I had it shipped back with a new hpa 2240 powerhouse valve not installed. I knew the tube diameter was VERY close to that of a 2240. The valve does slip into the tube and is very snug, but no binding. I need a slightly smaller oring. And a laundry list of other doable modifications that I'll be executing by hand. This should be interesting.

The main difference I have observed so far is that the rattler is more powerful. The sidewinder has a removeable magazine. Anyone see other differences besides price?

I plan to install an ARH UK 12lbs kit in an HW98 .177. My goal is for a accuracy. In the past I've used Vortek lubricant, and ARH moly paste and heavy tar to tune a couple of rifles. This time I should have some Krytox lubricant available. Can anyone recommend the the best use of Krytox, moly paste, and tar for this project? I appreciate any help.

I have a loading problem when using ZAN .22 cal 23gr in my FX Crown . It seems that the slugs do'nt stand correctly in the magazine ; they are a bit slanted and the magazine doesn't rotate anymore after 1-2 shots. I have no problem with the FX Hybrid , which are a bit longer than the ZAN ; maybe these are too short and their shape doen't allow to stay "upright" in the magazine.
Did anyone have this kind of problem ?

Is it just because the lower caliber versions have lighter pellets or they are modified for lower power? Could you for example mod a .30cal pcp to shoot with the fpe of the .357cal version of the same rifle?

Also if the pcp is leaking from the seal... Wouldnt letting the fill probe in the seal stop the leaking? Wouldnt the problem be "solved" or the rifle wouldnt let you shoot while having a leaking problem even if the seal is blocked?

Good shooting gun...it likes jsb heavies...or most anything 33 to 40 grains...slugs or pellets...ive shot it out to 178 yards which was alot further than I had planed on shooting it...I haven't shot it since may and it's still full of air...scope and rings not included

I’ve got this IZH 61 from Baikal. Discontinued now (Obama didn’t like imports from Russia especially when it comes from the same factory as the AK-47) and a needle in a haystack sort of find. I’m curious as to what people here would offer for it or if they’ll purchase it at the listed price. It’s got 2 clips each 5 shots. I measured out a seal for it and it’s producing factory level power. I plan on tuning it a second time for more power before selling…send offers. I’m trying to get it alike to an HW30 power output. Looking to sell a barely used Walther Reign in .22 caliber. This rifle maybe has a half tin of pellets, probably less. I never spent a lot of time pellet testing so I’m not sure what it prefers. I picked this up for my boys to shoot but they lost interest. Overall condition is really good minus one small mark on the picatinny rail as shown and a really small mark on bottom of the handgrip area. The rifle will come with the original mag (only comes with one), newer probe with foster fitting, tools as it came, also I do have the original box with paperwork it’ll ship with, the Range Vise is not included.
