Am i correct in assuming that in order to port my breech to 4.5 mm I will need to re-drill and thread this upper threaded section?

My 4.5mm bit hits the threads and doesn't freely pass them down to the air transfer port in the breech. I've removed the o-ring before testing the drill bit.

I have an Air Venturi Avenger 22, bought refurb from Pyramid Air a couple of years ago. I’ve been very happy with it so far. Took it out of the gun safe a few days ago for some target shooting and my compressor won’t charge it past 3000 psi. Put a plug in the end of the charge hose and it goes right up to 4,000 psi no problem, so the problem is in the gun and not the compressor. The gun still shoots fine at 3000 psi, and holds a charge no problem too.

When charging, the pressure gauges on both the compressor and gun agree on 3,000, but it never gets higher. I guess I’m looking at a small leak somewhere on the gun. Any clues where to look?

I was shooting today testing new ammo. I had my FX chronograph out and noticed my FPS was all over the place .(pic below) Can’t turn it up. Degased it then tried turning it all the way down and starting over. When filling back up notice the regulator pressure was going all the way with tank. When it was supposed to be stopping at 145. I bought two months ago from TT. Has anyone else had problems with this on p3? I’m currently getting rid of some of my other toys for the money for a Mora for bench. Got me thinking twice about that now. Has anybody had similar problems with the mora? I know some had problems dealing with barrels on them. If there’s any more known problems for the P3 or the Mora, I would love to know thanks for the info guys. At least I bought it that talon tunes so I know I’ll be taken care of.

Has anyone had any experience purchasing Temu and Amazon optics? I need a night-vision or thermal setup for coyote hunts here in NM. Would rather test the water without draining my bank account.

I double loaded it... as I have done before... but easily cleared. This time the mag will not come out. I am guessing the only option is to still attempt to drive it out from the front unless removing the barrel will let the mag release. I am not usre how the end of the barrel is made at the breach to know if that will help. As a last resort i could knock the mag out with rubber hammer BUT i fear that is likely to damage something else besides just the mag. SUGGESTIONS?

Quick video of part of the crows shot over the weekend. Six down in this clip. It was reasonably quick action with no pauses in recording between the four birds in the middle (excluding #1 & #6). Ended the morning with well over 40 on the ground.

First one flew about 40 yards before folding. The others didn't go so far before taking a rest.

It amazes me that a $100 gun can bring so much pleasure, and this little rifle does that! In fact I have some guns that cost several time as much and are no more fun than this one. Charles

Having a hard time finding what to do,let me explain myself ,i want to shoot pigeon from 80 yards to 90 yards away on a 10° down hill slope from my house to the barn i bought an air venturi avenger and cannot get it done consistently, so i bought a benjamin gunnar, can't do it either not consistently miss 3 shot hit one,then i bought a challenger pro 30cal, can't even group less than 3 inches at 75 yards i cannot go with that, so i goggle "what is the best pcp for 100yards pigeon hunting "so i bought it in 25 sniper with a heavy liner, what should i do next? I got the rifle, I've shooting few hundred rounds to break in understand it etc now I need to buy the best proved ammo for it,what caind slugs what size etc.should i try pellets first for 80 yards or should i go straight to slugs? Please don't hesitate to give me your opinion because i read everything carefully so if you see others opinion but yours is different somehow that is the one im looking forward to read thank you all so much

I have been trying to get myself to pull the trigger on classic full length springer. I have come to the conclusion that I really do greatly prefer carbines. Some of that is because I am a klutz and carrying full-size guns through the house or putting them in the safe. I usually manage to knock the end of it into something. I think the rest of it is I find carbines to my eye to be better looking guns. I wouldn’t mind expanding my limited collection with a couple more. That said I would like to know what is available for carbine springers. I will start with the two that I own now, a Weihrauch HW80K .25 and a Santa Rosa R1 Carbine .20

Cold out but had to shoot a little. Group is with jsb 44.75. Tried griffin slugs 56 grain. Not as much luck. 54 yards First shot after filling is always a dud. Way down on fps. Anyone else have that issue or ideas why that would occur?

Hey all, I was looking for a thread adapter to change the metric thread on the 30 cal to 1/2 x 20. Not a whole lot of luck there so I figured I can look the other way. Does anyone know the thread inside the barrel that the end cap screws into? I've emailed snowpeak about a different end cap or information about the cap but it's crickets on that end too.

Also big thanks to Firewalker and Dr. Kralenstein for the educational guidance. I'm not a stranger to air rifles but for some reason this one makes me feel like I am.

Do you know if I can install a Sekhmet 28mm digital gauge Gen 2, on a Uragan 2 rifle?

I know they use the same thread, but with the bigger diameter of the Sekhmet gauge, will it work on a Uragan 2??

Both Uragan 2 action sides, are not completely flat, so I don't know if I can install a Sekhmet and make it work.
