Rifle was purchased in September 2024 and has less than 200 rounds through it and has been well cared for. If your not familiar with this rifle it is a Vulcan 3 that is power tuned by Talon Tunes to turn it into a Vulcan 3 HP and then mounted into their tactical chassis. It has insane BEAST power and vaporizes squirrels and chipmunks with hollow point slugs at 80yds. I purchased the cheek riser and mag covers from a gentleman in the UK who does awesome quality 3d printing of mods for the AGT rifles.

Why has no such thing been made as a pellet gun?
I’ve often wondered that.
I have an Umarex Colt and Barra Schofield, both of which use shells with pellets. I believe someone also makes an 1858 Remington, albeit only for BBs.
I’m surprised nobody has put all this together and made a replica revolver carbine *pellet* gun with shells. Either pcp or co2.
And to take it even further, a detachable stock setup like the one Lee Van Cleef used in his spaghetti westerns.

It's pellet picky, but i finally managed to make it group... took a bit to get used to this rifle... not bad concidering this isn't on a bench and just shouldering the rifle free in the air while there's a sandbag on my window frame lol...

Hi everyone, Very new to PCP rifles. Getting tired of struggling to find lead free ammo to hunt with so I want to go with a different path. As I’m doing a bunch of research the impact m4 is a top runner. I do small game hunting and pests in the backyard. Don’t really have a budget as long as it’s worth it; buy once cry once type of guy. Looking to get a .25 so any advice or recommendations help. Thank you!

Just got my new field Target gun from Martin. Looks gorgeous have not had a chance to shoot it yet.

Looking through the manual for the Taipan Veteran, it says to wipe the gun with gun oil and keep moving parts well lubricated. What brand of gun oil and lubrication do you guys recommend? Also, does the trigger groups needs to be lubricated as well?

Hello, this is my first post so i hope it's ok to ask some questions.

A very dear friend gifted me 2 air pistols to keep me busy and active during my cancer therapy. It's hard to do a lot of stuff we usually do together.

I dry fired the Daisy 717 a few times and it sounded fine... so i then tested it with a few projectiles.

The 717 shot very weak....and i could hear a little bit of rattling which didn't sound right.

I reviewed a video to learn how to disassemble the pistol but its very dark, tough to see fine details.

What i could find is that the wide bushing had disintegrated, almost to dust.

More worrisome is a little piece of plastic that looks like it broke off the rear sight....there is a tab that makes a right angle heading back up the rear sight base.

I guess i need new rings/bushings and a rear sight...are these available?

Also, where is there someplace to download a manual for the pistol. I found one for the 717 but it doesn't show assembly/disasemby and i can't find any for the Beeman 800.

Appreciate any leads and information as to how best to care for them and anything else i should purchase. I would very much like to use them.

1) with the diagram from Kalibrgun how much of a job is it to fix it myself?

Crosman Premier Hollow Points in .177 are now being made in Spain. Instead of 7.9 gr they now weigh 7.6 gr. I've heard that this new version is identical to the Gamo pellets. I have not heard of any changes to the .22 pellets yet.

I was wondering if anybody has tried the new pellets yet and what was your results?

This pestiferous creature had been given many chances. I started removing my feeders and making sure everyhting was secure. He kept coming, tore up my feeders inside my shed! Messed all over both patios. Now he is no more. I had out a trap but he somehow tore his way out of the trap destroying it. So he met his match at the hands of the M-Rod Super Light .25. I hit him in the noggin with a JSB 34 at approximately 900 fps MV at about 15 yards. The impact bowled him over and I double tapped him in the noggin again. He is big, not the biggest I have encountered here. This one weight just about 40 pounds.



The 15 yards is magic for me because that is where my laser and my RD sight are co-witnessed. I never got the butt to my shoulder on the first shot, just got the dot and laser on him.

I love my airguns for the practical to me, sub 60 yards pesting/plinking opportunities I may encounter… That said, I understand that there are a select few, who through due diligence and many, many rounds downrange. May achieve consistent 5 shot, 1 MOA groups at 100 yards, whether with pellets or slugs… And have kills on film to prove it… That said it is not the norm for the majority. And it is incongruous to why the majority come to airguns in the first place. I understand that many willl justifiably push the limits of what airguns, particularly PCPs can do. But to what end? To duplicate the ballistics of a .22 rimfire or .22 rimfire magnum? Heck, if you have the space to unleash that much power? Why not simply use a powder burner? For me? Personally, where airguns shine is in their traditional roles as short range target, plinking, pesting, hunting guns… For the average Joe, expecting to send 5 or 10 shot, 1 MOA groups at 100 yards, or even 50 yards? Is simply unrealistic… Mucho hype of late in the over 100 yards ranges, but very, very few will achieve those results… Within their practical parameters, airgun simply shine… So why try and turn them into powder burner equivalents? The purpose of this post is to sincerely query those who see it otherwise. And to maybe temper the expectations of those new to the game/hobby…

These slugs are incredible. They expand WILDLY on impact. Work well with most guns. These are ALWAYS the first choice in projectile for me.

Got a shipment today , multiple weights to test with in new gun. Found what works. Shot 12 of the 14gr. 188 remain.

VK typically run for about 20-21 per 100 Shipped. ($12.48 per 100+$8.00 shipping)

These do not require high velocities to expand. They have shot well in more guns than not that I've tried them in.

These expanded slugs dont look that impressive, but, that's just the base and some remnants of the slug body the rest completely fragmented.

So I mounted a thermal on my Notos for taking care of hella bunny trouble, but with the mag loaded, I had no way of getting at the cocking handle.

Enter about an hour of modeling, 3D printing from ASA on my Bambu, and some JB Weld------> problem solved.

This gal is in excellent shape. I have accessorries to load it out and ammo as well. $950 bare anything else can be discussed. It shoots crossmans, nsa 17.5 2175 and jsb 18g all like a lazer. I miss my impact .25 for hunting a bit larger stuff. I will trade for an MK2 impact .25, maverick .25, panthera .22 or GK1 .25. Let me know what you have or if you have an offer,thank you.
