NLA DonnyFL Tatsu .22/.25 for trade

Hey All,
I've got a DonnyFL Tatsu .22/.25 for trade. It in excellent and only slightly used condition.
I recently picked a few TAIPANS and I need some 1.22" moderators. The Tatsu is too wide.
So I'm interested in Tanto, Koi, or any other .22/.25 1.22" wide moderator that can handle up to 65 ft/lbs on a .25 and 30 ft/lbs on a .22
If you have two I’ll buy one off of you.
I need one .22 and one .25.

Thank you.
Dave

Keeping cocked for extended period?

Hello all. After a few years of waiting, I'm the proud new owner of an hw30s. The rifle arrived 3 days ago and I'm Loving it.

On to my question....

I've taken the rifle squirrel hunting the last two evenings and wondered if leaving it cocked for a prolonged period could/would cause it any harm. How long is too long?...

Thank you for your time and response, Flintlock.

Field Target ready (ish) - Thanks AGN!

Have been threatening to try FT (Hunter) for a while now, since learning that matches are occasionally held at a club within reasonable driving distance. Finished the last of my equipment prep tonight (marking scope wheel tape for ranging), and it occurred to me- nearly everything I’ve done to get set up for attending my first match has been gleaned, copied, or outright stolen from something I read here on the AGN forums.

  • Setting up scope for ranging
  • DOPE gathering for holdovers
  • Rifle & accessory tote
  • Seat type & height
  • Sticks type & height
  • Position building for seat/stick shooting

And so on. Might still score in the single digits, but it won’t be because I didn’t know about some requirement or how to prepare. All on me now. Still have a week plus to work on shooting from sticks, using the scope for range, & using holdover (had been a lifelong clicker until now).

All of this info is available elsewhere on the web, but it’s nice to have one stop shopping right here.

So if you’re one of the many who posted tips, tricks, or comments that us greenhorns find useful… THANK YOU!!!

Show us your Air Arms Pro Elite

Here is mine. I am posting this for a friend who was interested in these. I love the Pro Elites. Just a great platform. Super over-built. I wish they still made them.
I would love to find a .177
This one was tuned by Paul Watts and wears a Mike Abernathy Lefty stock. Tuned to 18 FPE.
This gun was commissioned by our own napairgunner! Thank you Mark for allowing me to be the current custodian.

97KL Stainless.20

Finally got my last 97, the missing link. I bought it on July 28th. The holdup was my gun license expired and when they re-entered it omitting my e-mail. How serious is that. 38DDD5DF-A8D2-4825-A683-AFD0CB6EB5AC.jpeg
I hope to shoot it later tomorrow. DCAFC2DA-63A7-4F25-B588-A005A00C84B1.jpegThis completes all the calibres in the 97’s.D301BC53-62E7-4893-8239-2FC2978B9294.jpeg Also doubles in .177 and .22 which I’ll d-tune.
i’m really looking forward to shooting this rifle. if it’s half as good as my R9.20 I just got recently I’d be real happy. Didn’t really want another blue laminate and I didn’t really want another stainless but the .20 cal. gave me tunnel vision. Crow

Scored 10 tins of JSB .20 as well.

NLA Leshiy 2 for evol .22/.30 or mini

I have multiple setups for a leshiy 2 that I would be willing to trade for an evol mini.

I have 2 leshiy 2’s, and while I enjoy having them setup differently, I’ve always been intrigued by the evol line up.

I have a .22 350mm setup, a .25 350mm setup both alpha barrels with 2 mags

I also have a .30 setup with 500mm fx superior barrel and 1 mag.

I have factory jets for all calibers I own, and all mags are black. Factory grips for both, or could work out a deal for my one off custom Warren snaith forest camo grip.

Too many options to list, but I’m only looking to trade 1 setup, and keep the others. Don’t really care what setups I keep, as long as I have one for my truck gun (which it does ridiculously well). Fits in a backpack perfectly, and is ready to go when I am. 2 mags loaded at the ready, and just point and shoot. Super accurate in all my setups, and fun as all hell to shoot. I’ve taken many pests with all setups, and they’re very easily tuneable with the repr regs.
Pics of whichever setup you’re interested in upon request.

Looking for an evol .22, .30 or mini .22 that’s unmolested, and in good all around condition.evols that have been dragged behind jeeps need not apply (sorry Dana).

Thanks for looking!

Lower FPS after a delay

I'm shooting 25.39gn JSB's in an FX Maverick Compact

I just got a new FX Chrony today and started messing around and I've noticed something that makes me wonder; Do I have a leak somewhere or what other phenomenon am I experiencing?

I cock the gun, get set and fire. Several seconds pass between cocking the gun and pulling the trigger for my first shot. First shot in the string was always in the 880 FPS range. But now that I'm situated and firing more quickly, my FPS is in the 920 range.
I notice that if I cock the gun and fire immediately, I'm shooting 25.39gn JSB's at around 920ish FPS. However, If I cock the gun and then pause for a few seconds, my FPS drops to the 870 to 890 FPS range. This happens every time, the quicker I fire the FPS is in the 920 range. Every time I hesitate, the FPS drops below 900. It's consistent.

Any thoughts?
