@ Wolfgang- is your crank case vent a closed loop design from the factory or did you install that hose yourself so as to minimize odors?

If so be careful if you live or store your compressor where any moisture in the hose can freeze and form a vent blockage. You’ll have oil leaks all over, then
It's the factory setup.

It'll be stored inside from mid-October through mid-March, & rolled outside when it's time to fill. Wife owns & operates a seasonal business (dairy bar- ice cream, burger joint etc.) & we use most of the garage free space to store supplies like cups/lids, forks/spoons, straws & such from late March through the end of September.

I've had a Yong heng. It's louder than a Yong heng but Its not bad to be honest.

I am debating upgrading my Yong Heng setup now that I have the rifles for me or invest in an Alkin or Omega, I have no option to use it in a garage so would need to be in my apartment, noise isnt a problem as I have no neighbors.

when I bought min I bought from Alikn. They had the best deal, and shipping. They have called and ask how the compressor was working. Then called to remind me to change my oil and offer oil and filter deal. Never had a better buying experience.

My W31 is old school..... 15 years old... 230v 15amp
Yearly oil change and purifier recharging.
Had to do a valve rebuilt on the 3 stage and replace the O-ring in the Blow-Off valves
It has 105 hrs on it's runtime clock, still going Strong!!
When it not running, it lives in it's little tent!

Looking great! Good to know she's still purring along at 15 years. How hard was it to change the 3rd stage and O ring? did it need it or was it to prevent any future issues.
